 1. DIMENSION BUILDING HEIGHT AND MAXIMUM OVERALL HEIGHT
 OF THE STRUCTURE WITH THE ADDITION OF THE AC SCREENING
 PANELS.
  
 2. SURVEY SUBMITTED WILL NEED TO BE A SIGNED AND SEALED
 SURVEY.
  
 3. SEPARATE PERMIT REQUIRED FOR LANDSCAPING. THE VALUE
 OF THE CONSTRUCTION EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S
 VALUE ($38,566) ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE
 IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. PLEASE REVIEW SITE TO SEE
 WHERE LANDSCAPE ISLAND(S) AND/OR FOUNDATIONS PLANTINGS
 CAN BE ADDED AND ALSO ADJUST SITE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
  
 4. SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR SIGNAGE. PLEASE
 REVIEW ZLDR SEC. 94-221(E) FOR BMUD TYPE II SIGN
 STANDARDS AS WELL AS ZLDR SEC. 94-402(B) DESCRIBING
 PROHIBITED TYPES OF SIGNAGE AND RELATED EQUIPMENT.
  
 5. SEPARATE PERMIT REQUIRED FOR FENCE. PLEASE INDICATE
 THE TYPE OF FENCE MATERIAL BEING USED FOR THE 6 FOOT
 PERIMETER FENCE.
  
 6. WHILE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT DOES NOT TRIGGER
 COMPLIANCE WITH BICYCLE PARKING REQUIREMENTS, IT IS
 STRONGLY ENCOURAGED THAT BICYCLE PARKING BE PROVIDED
 ON-SITE AND ADDED TO THE SITE PLAN. IF ADDING BICYCLE
 PARKING, PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE RACK STYLE (WAVE
 STYLE IS NOT PERMITTED) AND INDICATE BICYCLE PARKNG
 DIMENSIONS (WHICH I CAN PROVIDE IF NEEDED).
  
 7. FENCING AROUND DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE WILL NEED TO BE OF
 AN OPAQUE MATERIAL. PLEASE CLARIFY ON PLAN AS IT IS
 ONLY THE GATES ARE CLEARLY SHOWN AS BEING OPAQUE.
