 FILED FOR PUBLIC RECORD SHALL HAVE THE SIGNATURE AND
 SEAL OF THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL AFFIXED TO THE
 DOCUMENT.
 FL ADMIN CODE 61G16.003 ARCHITECTS. PLANS ARE TO BE
 SIGNED WITH A FULL SIGNATURE FROM THE ARCHITECT OF
 RECORD PER 481.221 WITH A MINIMUM OF FIRST AND LAST
 NAME AS SHOWN ON THE ARCHITECTS' LICENSE, FAC
 61G1-16.003
  
 2) SHEET A2.01 RESTROOM # 105 INDICATES SEE DETAILS
 FOUND ON SHEET A6.03 DETAIL # 4. THE PLANS INDICATE A
 DIMENSION OF 4'-10 3/4" FROM THE WALL TO THE SIDE OF
 THE STONE VANITY TOP. EVEN THOUGH THE WATER CLOSET IS
 SET AT 1'-4 3/4 " THE REQUIRED CLEARANCE AROUND THE
 WATER CLOSET IS STILL 60 INCHES MINIMUM MEASURED
 PERPENDICULAR FROM THE SIDE WALL. 2010

 3) SHEET A2.01 SHOWS THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM AS MODELS
 FOR THE BRISTOL HIGHRISE SALES CENTER. PLEASE NOTE THE
 MODEL KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS DO NOT INDICATE THE
 REQUIRED FORWARD AND SIDE APPROACH FOR APPLIANCES AND
 FIXTURES. FAIR HOUSING CHAPTER 5.
  
 4) SHEET A2.01 THE MODEL KITCHEN SHOWS A ISLAND CABINET
 THEN 3'-6" AND THEN MICROWAVE OVENS AND FREEZER/
 REFRIGARATOR. THE REFRIGARATOR & FREEZER NORMALLY STICK
 OUT FURTHER THAN THE CABINETRY. THE PLANS SHOW A 3'-6"
 BUT THE FAIR HOUSING GUIDELINE INDICATES A MINIMUM OF
 40 INCHES EXCLUDING DOOR HANDLES. THE 40 "MUST BE
 MAINTAINED BETWEEN ISLAND AND ALL OPPOSING FEATURES.

 5) SHEET A2.01 PLEASE INDICATE IF THE MODEL BATHROOM IS
 MEET THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR EITHER A OR B OF THE FAIR

 6) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
