 CONTRACTOR IS $14,600.
  
 PROVIDE AN ACCURATE MARKET VALUE OF ALL WORK. FBC 109.
  
 2. THERE ARE REFERENCES TO FBC R ON THE PLAN; THIS IS
 NOT APPLICABLE TO THIS STRUCTURE WHICH HAS THREE UNITS.
  
 3. REVISE PLAN TO INDICATE METHOD OF COMPLIANCE, FBC
 2010 EXISTING BUILDING 101.5, AND REVISE PLAN TO SHOW

 ACCURATE REVIEW WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. ALSO DUE TO
 WORK DONE WITHOUT PERMITS IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO
 DETERMINE WHAT IS ACTUALLY EXISTING AND WHAT WAS
 INSTALLED WITHOUT PERMIT WHICH IS NOW TO BE INCLUDED IN
 THIS RENOVATION.
