 EXAMINER HAVE COMPLETED THE REVIEW OF THE ABOVE
 MENTIONED JOB. BELOW ARE THE COMMENTS WITH REGARDS TO
 THE REQUIRED CORRECTIONS. THE FOLLOWING ITEMS SHALL BE
 CORRECTED AND THE PLANS RESUBMITTED FOR ANOTHER REVIEW.
  
 1. GENERAL ELECTRICAL NOTES CORRECTIONS REQUIRED:
 A) #7, THE INTENT OF THE WORD ?ROMEX? AS USED IN THIS
 NOTE IS TO IDENTIFY A TYPE OF CABLE. ROMEX IS A BRAND
 NAME AND NOT A TYPE OF CABLE, REFER TO CABLE TYPES
 ?NM?, ?NMC? OR ?NMS?.
 B) #23, TO REFER TO FBC-R314 & 315. R-313 REFERS TO
 FIRE SPRINKLERS.
 2. INCLUDE A NOTE ADDRESSING THE NEC 314.27 REQUIREMENT
 FOR CEILING OUTLETS FOR LUMINAIRES BEING LISTED TO
 SUPPORT 50LBS.
 3. THE FLOOR PLAN REFLECTS TWO PANELS AND A POOL PANEL.
 ONE ADJACENT TO THE METER SOCKET, THE OTHER IN THE
 KITCHEN AND THE POOL PANEL OUTSIDE OF THE GARAGE. YET
 YOUR ELECTRICAL RISER DIAGRAM REFLECTS ONLY A NEW PANEL
 AND THE EXISTING POOL PANEL. CLARIFY THIS SO THEY ALL
 MATCH.
 4. INCLUDE SITE SPECIFIC ELECTRICAL LOAD CALCS AS
 INDICATED IN NEC 220.16 & NEC 220.82.
 5. THE NEW AHU AND WH ARE MISSING THE REQUIRED
 DISCONNECTS.
 6. NEC 210.52(E) REQUIRES THAT THERE BE A GFCI OUTLET
 IN THE FRONT OF THE RESIDENCE. IF ONE IS ALREADY THERE,
 INDICATE IT ON THE DRAWING AS EXISTING OTHERWISE
 INCLUDE IN THE NEW DRAWING.
 7. THE LOCATION OF THE EXISTING ELECTRIC METER AND POOL
 PANEL LEAD ME TO BELIEVE THAT THERE MAY BE A CODE/LIFE
 SAFETY VIOLATION WITH THE SERVICE DROP ENCROACHING THE
 MINIMUM SEPARATION REQUIREMENTS OF THE POOL. PROVIDE A
 SITE PLAN SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE UTILITY POLE,
 SERVICE DROP TO METER WITH RELATION TO THE POOL.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. PLEASE, ADDITIONALLY, INSERT
 CORRECTED PAGES INTO TO SUBMITTAL AND LEAVE THE
 PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS.
