 1. VALUATION
  
 FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 2. PROVIDE A FLOOR PLAN AND WINDOW SCHEDULE SHOWING:
 WINDOW LOCATIONS, SIZES, WINDOW TYPE, ROOM
 DESIGNATIONS. NOTE EXISTING CONDITIONS (TYPE OF WINDOW)
 AND OPENING SIZE FOR BEDROOMS, FBC R310, FBC EB 604.1.
 THE CLEAR OPENING CANNOT BE REDUCED BY MORE THAN 5%.
  
 3. CONFIRM THAT THE NOA'S SUBMITTED ARE CORRECT. THEY
 ARE FOR FIXED WINDOWS.
