 SEVERAL COMMENTS FROM THE 1ST REVIEW OF THE PROPOSED
 SINGLE FAMILY HOME PROJECT WERE NOT ADDRESSED AND STILL
 EXIST. THOSE COMMENTS WILL BE REFERENCED AND REPRINTED
 BELOW ALONG WITH ADDITIONAL REMARKS.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WCI REPONSE NARRATIVE SENT WITH
 THE REVISED PLANS ADDRESSSED ONLY COMMENTS 2 & 11.
 PLEASE PROVIDE A COMPLETE NARRATIVE RESPONSE TO THIS
 REVIEW.
  
 1) COMMENT #2: "GEOTECHNICAL EVALUATION REQUIRED FOR
 CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDING. SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF A
 SOIL TEST AND REPORT SIGNED AND SEALED BY A FLORIDA
 LICENSED GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER- SECTION R401.4 FBC-10
 RESIDENTIAL." IN RESPONSE TO THIS COMMENT I RECEIVED A
 DENSITY REPORT FOR THE BUILDING PAD. PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 REQUESTED SOIL REPORT, AND ALSO CLARIFY HOW A DENSITY
 TEST CAN BE PERFORMED BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT IS
 ISSUED AND A FOUNDATION PAD HAS BEEN DUG OUT?
 2) COMMENT #6: "S-1A: THE SPACINGS OF THE #5 VERTICAL
 REINFORCEMENT BARS (REBAR) ON THE MAIN HOUSE AND GARAGE
 EXTERIOR MASONRY WALLS ARE EXCEEDING THE ALLOWABLE
 MAXIMUMS AS DETERMINED BY TABLE R609.3.3A-1. PLEASE
 REDUCE THE SPACING PER THE TABLE REQUIREMENTS." THE
 REVISED PLANS DO NOT INDICATE ANY CORRECTIONS TO THE 8'
 SPACINGS. PLEASE NOTE THAT INTERPOLATION BETWEEN THE
 130 AND 140 TABLE CATEGORIES WILL BE NECESSARY TO
 ARRIVE AT CORRECT SPACINGS.
 3) COMMENT #9: "S-4A: DETAIL 9/S4- INDICATE THE
 SPECIES, GRADE, SIZE, AND SPACING OF WOOD STUDS FOR THE
 GARAGE/LIVING COMMON WALL. SPECIFY PRESSURE TREATED FOR
 THE BOTTOM PLATE" THE DETAIL WAS NOT REVISED.
 4) COMMENT #10: "S-4A: DETAIL 4/S4 & 5/S4- INDICATE THE
 TYPE OF WEATHER AND WATER RESISTANT FINISH TO BE
 ATTACHED TO THE WOOD FRAMED GABLE WALLS. REFER TO
 SECTION R703 AND R703.6 FOR EXTERIOR PLASTER (STUCCO),
 AND R703.6.3 FOR WATER-RESISTANT BARRIER MATERIAL.
 REVISE THE DETAIL ACCORDINGLY." ALTHOUGH THERE IS A NEW
 NOTE ADDRESSING STUCCO FINISH FOR THE GABLES ON SHEET
 3A, PLEASE PLACE THE NOTES ON THE DETAIL AS PREVIOUSLY
 REQUESTED.
 5) COMMENT #15: "PRODUCT APPROVALS AND MIAMI-DADE
 NOA'S: A) THE GARAGE DOOR PRODUCT APPROVAL FL 09174-R7
 IS OUTDATED FOR 2010- PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF FL
 09174-R9. B) ENTRY DOOR FL 8871.5-R4 IS OUTDATED FOR
 2010- PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF FL 8871.5-R6. C) THE DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL OF RECORD SHALL CIRCLE, HIGHLIGHT, OR
 OTHERWISE MARK ALL APPLICABLE DETAILS, NOTES, DESIGN
 PRESSURES, GLASS TYPES, ANCHORING SCHEDULES ETC. ON THE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS AND NOA'S FOR THE WINDOWS, SLIDER
 DOORS, ENTRY DOORS, AND TILE ROOFING. PLEASE SUBMIT
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR TILE UNDERLAYMENT AND FOAM
 ADHESIVE IF APPLICABLE TO THE TILE ROOF INSTALLATION."
 IN RESPONSE TO THIS COMMENT TWOL ISSUES NOT RESOLVED:
 A) THE ROOF TILE PRODUCT APPROVAL WAS NOT MARKED TO
 INDICATE A MECHANICAL OR FOAM ADHESIVE INSTALLATION,
 AND A PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE ADHESIVE WAS NOT
 SUBMIITTED. B) NOA'S FOR THE PGT FIXED WINDOWS WERE NOT
 SUBMITTED.
