 1) PROVISO - THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($300,450)
 EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($283,838)
 ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE;
 THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE
 LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL
 APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE
 ZLDR. PRIOR TO THE FINAL INSPECTION (104) APPROVAL FOR
 THE WORK ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PERMIT, THE APPLICANT
 SHALL APPLY FOR A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND AN
 IRRIGATION PERMIT SHOWING MATERIAL TO BRING THE SITE
 INTO CONFORMITY AND INSTALL AND PASS INSPECTIONS FOR
 THE APPROVED PERMITS.
  
 2) PROVISO - THE PARKING LOT REQUIRES A SEPARATE
 PARKING PERMIT WHICH SHALL BE SUBMITTED, INSTALLED AND
 PASS FINAL INSPECTION PRIOR TO THE FINAL INSPECTION
 (104) APPROVAL FOR THE WORK ASSOCIATED WITH THIS
 PERMIT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PARKING LOT AS SHOWN DOES
 NOT MEET THE CURRENTLY APPROVED PARKING LAYOUT (PLEASE
 SEE PERMIT NO. 8999G), NOR DOES IT CONFORM TO CITY
 PARKING REQUIREMENTS. PARKING COMMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED
 AT TIME OF PARKING LOT PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
  
 3) A SEPARATE PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ANY SIGNAGE
 ON THE SITE.
