 UNDER1960-1961 SOUTHERN STANDARD BUILDING CODE. 402.4.
 MEZZANINE FLOORS SHALL NOT BE REGARDED AS A STORY
 UNLESS THEY EXCEED THIRTY-THREE AND ONE-THIRD (33 1/3)
 PER CENT OF THE AGGREGATE FLOOR AREA. THE CURRENT
 CODE2010 FBC-B 505.2 THE WORDING STATES THE ENCLOSED
 PORTION OF A ROOM SHALL NOT BE INCLUDED IN A
 DETERMINATION OF THE FLOOR AREA OF THE ROOM IN WHICH
 THE MEZZANINE IS LOCATED.
  
 AS PART OF THE INTERIOR DEMO PERMIT 800 SQ. FT. OF
 MEZZANINE FLOOR AREA WAS REMOVED FROM THE FLOOR AREA,
 THE MEZZANINE FLOOR WILL BE DEEMED CODE COMPLIANT UNDER
 THE 2010 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING 101.5 EXCEPTION SUBJECT
 TO THE APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, ALTERATIONS
 COMPLYING WITH THE LAWS IN EXISTENCE AT THE TIME THE
 BUILDING WAS BUILT.

 THE 2010 FBC-B 1009.9.3 THERE SHALL BE NO STORAGE UNDER
 THE STAIR, UNLESS IN A 1 HOUR ENCLOSURE. PLEASE REVIEW
 THE 2012 IBC COMMENTARY, COMMENTARY SECTION STATES, THE
 STAIRWAY MUST BE PROTECTED FROM STORAGE UNDER IT, EVEN
 IF THE STAIR IS NOT REQUIRED TO BE ENCLOSED.

 LIVE LOADS SHALL BE CONSPICUOUSLY POSTED BY THE OWNER

 FEE OFFICE. BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE
 ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY.
 THE ACTUAL PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT
 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE
