 2 AND HIGHER) TO ALLOW FREE EGRESS AT ALL TIMES TO AT
 LEAST TWO STAIRS.
  
 THE PARKING GARAGE CARD READERS LOCATED ADJACENT TO
 STAIR #3 PREVENT ACCESS INTO THE BUILDING BUT ALLOW
 ACCESS INTO THE EXIT STAIR. STAIR #3 HAS TWO EXIT
 ACCESS DOORS, ONE FROM THE PARKING GARAGE AND ONE FROM
 THE APARTMENT BUILDING. WHAT IS PREVENTING OCCUPANTS
 FROM ENTERING THE STAIR FROM THE PARKING GARAGE AND
 THEN ENTER THE APARTMENT BUILDING FROM THE SECONDARY
 DOOR? (TYPICAL LEVEL 2 AND HIGHER).
  
 THE WEST CARD READER ON LEVEL 7 PREVENTS OCCUPANTS ON
 THE RECREATIONAL ROOF DECK FROM ACCESSING TWO EXITS.
