 FAILURE TO CORRECT A CODE VIOLATION.

 1) THIS REVISION IS ONLY THE SHOP DRAWINGS, PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE ARCHITECTURAL SHEETS TO REFLECT ON THE
 RECORD SET OF DRAWINGS THIS CHANGE.
  
 2) THE NR FLOOR PLAN PO1 DOES NOT INDICATE A REVISION
 TAKING PLACE WITH A NUMBERED DELTA SHOWING THE REVISION
 LOCATION. NEITHER DOES THE NARRATIVE, THE NARRATIVE IS
 DATED MARCH 16/2015 BEFORE THIS REVISION WAS SUBMITTED.
 IT IS NOT A RESPONSE TO THE FIRST SET OF COMMENTS.
 PLEASE REMEMBER WE LOOK FOR A COMPLETE PAPER TRAIL, YES
 UNLESS YOU GIVE US THE ACTUAL NOA, NUMBER AND SHEET
 NUMBER WHERE THIS INFORMATION CAN BE FOUND WE ARE NOT
 GOING TO LOOK THROUGH THOUSANDS OF SHEETS OF NOA'S AND
 PLANS TO FIND THE REQUIRED INFORMATION. WE REQUIRE BOTH
 THE ARCHITECTURAL SHEETS AS WELL AS NR SHOP DRAWINGS
 SHEETS TO REFLECT THE CHANGE. IDENTIFIED BY A NUMBERED
 DELTA AND A WRITTEN RESPONSE.
  
 3) THE LOCATION IS CRITICAL BECAUSE THE FENCE AND POOL
 BARRIERS ARE BEING CONSIDERED TO BE REMOVED ON A
 DIFFERENT REVISION. IF THESE DOORS ARE ON THE POOL SIDE
 OF THE BUILDING THEN THE POOL BARRIER AND GATES WILL
 AGAIN BE REQUIRED, SINCE CHILDREN WOULD BE ABLE TO GAIN
 ENTRY BY WAY OF THE ACUSENSOR AND SLIDING DOOR SYSTEM.

 4) THE LOCATION OF THESE DOORS WILL NEED TO COMPLY WITH
 1008.1.10 OR ONE OF THE EXCEPTIONS. THESE DOORS DO NOT
 INDICATE THE USE OF PANIC OR FIRE EXIT HARDWARE.
 EXCEPTION 1 DOES ALLOW THE MAIN EXIT DOOR IN A A
 OCCUPANCY IF IT IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH 1008.1.9.3 ITEM

 THIS REVISION DOES NOT SHOW ON THE DOOR SCHEDULE WHICH
 DOORS THIS DOOR AFFECTS AND ON THE OCCUPANT LOADS OF
 THE FLOOR PLAN. THE 2010
 FBC-B 1008.1.10 REQUIRES EITHER PANIC OR FIRE EXIT
 HARDWARE ON ALL DOORS SERVING AN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY
 WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 50 OR MORE. ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. 107.2.1.3.
