 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE UNDERGROUND ELECTRICAL SERVICE LATERALS FOR THE
 TWO SINGLE FAMILY STRUCTURES LOCATED ON N STREET CAN
 NOT CROSS THROUGH THE ADJACENT PROPERTY CONTAINING THE
 TWO SINGLE FAMILY STRUCTURES LOCATED ON GEORGIA AVENUE,
 AS SHOWN ON THE ELECTRICAL SITE PLAN E-1, WITHOUT A
 RECORDED UTILITY EASEMENT. UTILITY EASEMENTS, EASEMENT
 LOCATION AND ASSOCIATED RESTRICTIVE PROPERTY COVENANTS
 ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL FOR REVIEW
 AND APPROVAL PRIOR TO RECORDING. SAID DOCUMENTS SHALL
 BE RECORDED AND PROOF OF RECORDING ON THE PLAT, AND
 ACCEPTANCE BY THE CITY SURVEYOR, SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 2) FBC-R314.3 SMOKE ALARMS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN THE
 FOLLOWING LOCATIONS: 3. ON EACH ADDITIONAL STORY OF THE
 DWELLING, INCLUDING BASEMENTS AND HABITABLE ATTICS BUT
 NOT INCLUDING CRAWL SPACES AND UNINHABITABLE ATTICS.
  
 3) IN ADDITION TO THE LIGHTING OUTLET SPECIFIED ON THE
 PLANS IN THE ATTIC, PROVIDE A RECEPTACLE OUTLET. FBC-R
 - M1305.1.3.1 ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS. A LUMINAIRE
 CONTROLLED BY A SWITCH LOCATED AT THE REQUIRED
 PASSAGEWAY OPENING AND A RECEPTACLE OUTLET SHALL BE
 INSTALLED AT OR NEAR THE APPLIANCE LOCATION IN
