 1) NEW COMMENT: THE PLAN REVIEW RE-SUBMITTAL SHEET
 INDICATES A CHANGE OF CONTRACTOR WITH CREF ESPERANTE AS
 THE CONTRACTOR WHERE AS THE CONTRACTOR ON THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION IS HOLT LEE. FOR A CHANGE OF CONTRACTOR A
 NEW APPLICATION WITH THE NEW QUALIFIER TO BE SIGNED ON.
 FLORIDA STATUTE 489.
  
 2) THE SHEET A1.2 HAS BEEN UPDATED TO SHOW A MERCANTILE
 OCCUPANCY TO THE LEFT OF THE COMMON AREA RESTROOMS AND
 A ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY TO THE RIGHT OF THE COMMON
 RESTROOMS. THE DOOR SWINGS ARE CORRECT FOR THE OCCUPANT
 LOADS. WHAT IS THE CONCERN IS THE DOOR LEADING BETWEEN
 THE MERCANTILE OCCUPANCY AND THE COMMON RESTROOMS SHOWS
 A EXIT LIGHT ON THE RESTROOM SIDE OF THE DOOR. THE 2010
 FBC-B SECTION 1014.2 EGRESS THROUGH INTERVENING SPACES.
 EGRESS THROUGH INTERVENING SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH
 THIS SECTION. 1014.2.1. EGRESS FROM A ROOM OR SPACE
 SHALL NOT PASS THROUGH ADJOINING OR INTERVENING ROOMS
 OR AREAS, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH ADJOINING ROOMS OR AREAS
 AND THE AREA SERVED ARE ACCESSORY TO ONE OR THE OTHER,
 ARE NOT A GROUP H OCCUPANCY AND PROVIDE A DISCERNIBLE
 PATH OF EGRESS TRAVEL TO AN EXIT.
  
 WITH THE CONFIGURATION AS SHOWN THE MERCANTILE MAY BE
 CLOSED BUT WITH THE EXIT LIGHT AS SHOWN OCCUPANTS FROM
 THE ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY WOULD BELIEVE THIS IS A EXIT
 THEY COULD USE AND IF THE MERCANTILE OCCUPANCY WERE
 CLOSED AND THE DOOR LOCKED, THERE COULD WELL BE A
 PANIC.
 AN EXIT ACCESS SHALL NOT PASS THROUGH A ROOM THAT CAN
 BE LOCKED TO PREVENT EGRESS.
  
 3) 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION, 107.2.1
 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE
 THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED
 AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHALL
 CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE,
 AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS
 ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES.
