 1) SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING ENERGY EFFICIENCY COMPLIANCE
 DOCUMENTS PREPARED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD: A)
 COOLING AND HEATING CALCULATIONS FOR AHU'S 1, 2, 3, & 4
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH ACCA MANUAL N OR APPROVED ALTERNATE
 METHOD- SECTION 503.2.1 FBC-10 ENERGY CONSERVATION . B)
 ENERGY EFFICIENCY FORM 502-2010 OR 506-2010- REFERENCE
 SECTIONS 101.3, 103, AND CHAPTER 5 FBC-10 ENERGY
 CONSERVATION. THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL SHALL CHOOSE
 EITHER THE PRESCRIPTIVE (502) OR PERFORMANCE BASED
 (506) COMPLIANCE PATH FOR THE BUILDING AND BUILDING
 SYSTEMS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE COMPONENTS OF
 THE THERMAL ENVELOPE, THE HVAC AND CHILLER EQUIPMENT,
 THE HYDRONIC PIPING, AND THE ELECTRICAL POWER,
 LIGHTING, AND CONTROLS.
 2) PROVIDE EQUIPMENT SCHEDULES ON THE PLANS FOR THE
 AHU'S, THE CHILLERS, THE EXHAUST FANS, THE BOILERS AND
 VENT SYSTEM, THE PUMPS, AND THE HEAT EXCHANGERS.
 3) PROVIDE A SEQUENCE OF OPERATION FOR THE VENTILATION
 SYSTEM TO CLARIFY HOW THE SYSTEM WILL FUNCTION-
 THERMOSTATICALLY, CONTINUOUSLY?
 4) PROVIDE AN EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE FOR THE GAS DETECTOR,
 AND A NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION AND DIAGRAM ON THE PLAN
 DETAILING THE SEQUENCE OF OPERATION.
 5) PROVIDE BOILER VENTING DETAILS INDICATING COMPLIANCE
 WITH CHAPTER 5 FBC-10 FUEL GAS. PROVIDE DIMENSIONED
 SECTION VIEWS THAT A) INDICATE THE TYPE OF VENT PIPING
 AND HOW THEY WERE SIZED. B) SHOW THE TOTAL RUN LENGTH
 FROM THE BOILER TO TERMINATION CAP. C) INDICATE HOW THE
 PIPING ARE BEING SUPPORTED ABOVE AND BELOW THE ROOF-
 WHAT TYPES AND SIZES OF STRAPPING, CABLING, AND ANCHORS
 ETC. ARE TO BE USED. D) SHOW HOW THE ROOF PENETRATION
 IS TO BE SEALED, CURBING, AND ROOF PATCHING DETAILS.
 6) SHEET H-ADF-1, NOTE #4: COMBUSTION AIR FOR THE
 BOILER USING THE ONE-OPENING METHOD SHALL BE CALCULATED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 304.6.2 FBC-10 FUEL GAS.
 REVISE THE NOTE INDICATING COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 INTERNATIONAL 2009 CODE. PER THE NOTE, 128 SQ. FT. OF
 LOUVER AREA HAS BEEN PROVIDED, HOWEVER PLAN SHEET
 H-ADF-2 SHOWS AN 96"X96" LOUVER WHICH WOULD NOT YIELD
 THE REQUIRED AMOUNT OF FREE AIR: PLEASE CORRECT.
 7) PROVIDE AN AIR DISTRIBUTION SCHEDULE ON THE PLAN
 LISTING MAKES AND MODELS AND SIZES OF ALL COMPONENTS
 INCLUDING DUCTS, DIFFUSERS, AND RETURN GRILLS.
 8) PROVIDE TYPICAL DUCT HANGING AND CONNECTION DETAILS
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SMACNA 2005 STANDARD.
 9) PROVIDE TESTED AND APPROVED FIRE STOPPING SYSTEM
 DETAILS FOR ALL PIPES OR DUCTS PENETRATING FIRE-RATED
 WALLS.
 10) H-ADF-02: DUCT SMOKE DETECTORS ARE REQUIRED IN THE
 SUPPLY DUCTS OF BOTH AHU- 1 & 2: PLEASE PROVIDE A
 SYMBOL ON THE PLAN TO SHOW THEIR LOCATIONS AND PROVIDE
 AN INSTALLATION DETAIL ON THE PLAN- SECTION 606.2.1
 FBC-10 MECHANICAL. PROVIDE INSTALLATION DETAILS FOR THE
 DEVICES, AND HOW THEY WILL BE SUPERVISED PER SECTION
 606.4.1.
 11) H-ADF-4: REFERENCE COMMENT #9 ABOVE AND APPLY TO
 AHU-3 & 4.
 12) H-ADF-3 & H-ADF-5: ENGINEERED WIND LOAD TIE-DOWN
 DETAILS FOR MOUNTING THE AHU'S AND CURBS, AND THE
 EXHAUST FANS AND CURBS ON THE ROOF ARE REQUIRED PER
 SECTION 301.12. PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS, OR PLACE A NOTE
 INDICATING ON WHICH STRUCTURAL OR ARCHITECTURAL SHEET
 THE DETAILS ARE LOCATED. PROVIDE ELEVATION AND PLAN
 VIEW DRAWINGS INDICATING THE STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS OF
 THE CURBS, AND SHOW THE CURB HEIGHTS ABOVE THE FINISHED
 ROOF.
 13) PROVIDE SECTION VIEWS OF THE ROOF LADDERS TO
 INDICATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN CRITERIA LISTED IN
 SECTION 306.5 FBC-10 MECHANICAL.
 14) PROVIDE WIND LOAD DESIGN CRITERIA, AND ENGINEERED
 TIE DOWN DETAILS FOR INSTALLATION OF THE CHILLERS AND
 PROPANE TANK- SECTION 301.12 FBC-10 MECHANICAL.
 15) CHILLERS: A) PROVIDE SYSTEM SIZING CALCULATIONS. B)
 PROVIDE THE EFFICIENCY RATINGS OF THE EQUIPMENT PER
 TABLE 503.2.3(7) FBC-10 ENERGY EFFICIENCY. C) PROVIDE
 AN ENLARGED DIAGRAM OF THE CHILLERS AND PIPING SYSTEMS
 INDICATING THE TYPES AND SIZES OF PIPING, PIPING
 INSULATIONS, UNDERGROUND PIPING PROTECTIONS, ETC.
 16) PROVIDE A GAS PIPING ISOMETRIC AND LAYOUT PLAN FOR
 THE PROPANE SYSTEM- REFERENCE CHAPTER 4 FBC-10 FUEL
 GAS.
 17) BASED ON THE SOILS REPORT- PIPE BEDDING AND
 DEWATERING GUIDELINES, PLEASE PROVIDE PIPE TRENCH
 CROSS-SECTION DETAILS FOR TYPICAL INSTALLATIONS AND
 HIGH WATER TABLE INSTALLATIONS. INDICATE TRENCH
 DIMENSIONS, PIPE EMBEDMENT DEPTHS, BEDDING MATERIALS
 AND THICKNESSES, COMPACTION AND BACKFILLING
 SPECIFICATIONS.
 20) PROVIDE CIVIL DRAWINGS THAT INCLUDE OVERALL
 UNDERGROUND PIPING LAYOUTS, AND ENLARGED AREA DRAWINGS
 DEPICTING THE UNDERGROUND PIPES SERVICING EACH TANK,
 FACILITY, OR BUILDING.
 21) PROVIDE A SUBMITTAL PACKAGE THAT INCLUDES A)
 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVALS AND/OR MIAMI DADE NOA'S FOR
 ALL PRODUCTS REGULATED BY FAC RULE 9N-3 REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF
 RECORD (HVAC ROOF CURBS, EXHAUST FANS AND CURBS,
 EXHAUST AND INTAKE LOUVERS, ETC.). B) MANUFACTURER'S
 PRODUCT DATA SHEETS FOR THE AHU'S, ROOF MOUNTED EXHAUST
 FANS, THE CHILLERS, ELECTRONIC CONTROLS, PROCESS
 PIPINGS, AND PIPING INSULATION ETC.
