 ACTIVITY REGULATED BY THIS CODE SHALL BE PERFORMED IN A
 MANNER SO AS NOT TO ADVERSELY IMPACT THE CONDITION OF
 ADJACENT PROPERTY, UNLESS SUCH ACTIVITY IS PERMITTED TO
