 1) THE PERMIT VALUE OF $750,000.00 APPEARS TO BE
 UNDER-VALUED FOR THE SCOPE OF THE PROPOSED RESTAURANT
 PROJECT. PLEASE ADJUST THE VALUE ON THE APPLICATION AND
 PROVIDE DETAILED ESTIMATES AND/OR BONA FIDE CONTRACTS
 PER FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 2) THE CITY OF WPB CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DEPT. REQUIRES
 SEPARATE PERMITS FOR KITCHEN HOODS AND FIRE SUPPRESSION
 SYSTEMS, WALK-IN COOLER AND FREEZERS, AND FIREPLACES
 INCLUDING OUTDOOR FIRE PITS AND EXHAUST SYSTEMS. PLEASE
 PROVIDE AN INTEMIZED LIST OF ALL WORK TO BE DONE UNDER
 SEPARATE PERMITS ON COVER SHEET CSO.01.
 3) THE DESIGN PROFESSIONALS OF RECORD SHALL SIGN AND
 SEAL ALL THE MECHANICAL AND KITCHEN HOOD PLAN SHEETS IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 61G15-23.002 FL. ADMIN. CODE.
 4) SHEET M0.1, DETAILS M3, M4, M7, M8, & M11: WINDLOAD
 TIE-DOWN ENGINEERING DETAILS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE ROOF
 TOP HVAC INSTALLATIONS SHOWN IN THE DETAILS, ALONG WITH
 FL. PRODUCT AND/OR MIAMI-DADE NOA'S REVIEWED AND
 STAMPED BY THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF RECORD. SUBMIT
 ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS, AND REVISE THE DETAILS TO
 INCLUDE CURB HEIGHTS, AND STAND CLEARANCE HEIGHTS ABOVE
 THE ROOF.
 5) M0.1, DETAIL 6: UPDATE THE SMACNA HANGER TABLE TO
 5-1 & FIG. 5-5 PER THE 2005 EDITION IN EFFECT.
 6) M0.2: THE OUTSIDE AIR CALCULATIONS FOR DINING AREA
 AND INTERIOR BAR ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH TABLE 404.3
 FBC-10 MECHANICAL. PER THE TABLE THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE
 IN THE DINING AREA SHALL BE 266 , AND IN THE INTERIOR
 BAR SHALL BE105. TOTAL REQUIRED AIR FOR DINING- 2685
 CFM'S, AND FOR THE BAR- 1065. PLEASE CORRECT THE TABLE,
 THE O/A DIAGRAM, AND THE AC EQUIPMENT SCHEDULES TO
 REFLECT COMPLIANCE, AND ADD THE KITCHEN EXHAUST
 CALCULATION TO THE TABLE.
 7) M1.1: THIS PLAN SHEET WAS PLACED INTO EACH OF THE
 SETS IN UPSIDE DOWN POSITION: PLEASE INSERT IT PROPERLY
 FOR REVIEW- SECTION 107.2.1 FBC-10 BUILDING.
 8) M1.1: PLEASE LABEL EACH OF THE RTU'S AND THE O/A AIR
 UNIT ON THE PLAN WITH THE CORRESPONDING NUMBERS SHOWN
 IN THE SCHEDULES ON SHEET M0.2.
 9) M1.1: CLARIFY THE FAN SHUTDOWN PROCEDURE OR SEQUENCE
 OF OPERATIONS RELATING TO THE DUCT SMOKE DETECTORS AND
 THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM- SECTION 606.4.1 FBC-10 MECH.
 WILL ALL OF THE SYSTEMS SHUT IF SMOKE IS DETECTED IN
 ONE SINGLE SYSTEM?
 10) M2.1: NOTE 8 REFERENCES P2.1 FOR THE RTU CONDENSATE
 DISPOSAL PLAN, HOWEVER P2.1 SHOWS ONLY DETAILS FOR THE
 NEW RTU #5, AND ALL OTHER UNITS ARE LABELED AS EXISTING
 WITH EXISTING DISPOSAL: PLEASE CORRECT AND PROVIDE
 COMPLETE DETAILS.
 11) PROVIDE AC LOAD CALCULATIONS FOR ALL OF THE NEW
 SYSTEMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ACCA MANUAL J, OR
 ASHRAE/ACCA STANDARD 183- SECTION 503.2.1 FBC-10 ENERGY
 CONSERVATION.
 12) PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH
 SECTION 101.4.3, AND TABLE 101.4.1 FBC-10 ENERGY.
 13) PROVIDE A SUBMITTAL PACKAGE PREPARED BY THE
 ENGINEER OF RECORD THAT INCLUDES MANUFACTURER'S SPECS
 FOR THE AC EQUIPMENT, EXHAUST FANS, DUCT SMOKE
 DETECTORS, AND AC CURBS AND STANDS.
