 7A)BOTH THE CONTRACTOR NOTIFIED ME AND ANGELLA JONES
 VAN THAT THE REAR BUILDING THE 1ST FLOOR APPEARS TO BE
 A ILLEGAL CONVERSION OF A GARARE TO APARTMENT UNIT. THE
 CONTRACTOR WILL NEED TO COME IN AND ON THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION INDICATE UNDER THE DESCRIPTION OF WORK THAT
 THE 1ST FLOOR IS A CHANGEOF OCCUPANCY.
  
 7B) THE 2ND ISSUE THAT HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO LIGHT THAT
 ANGELLA JONE VAN GOING THROUGH THE CITY RECORD HASN'T
 BEEN ABLE TO FINE A PERMIT FOR THE CONNECTING CARPORT
 FROM THE FRONT BUILDING TO THE REAR BUILDING.
  
 7C) THE OWNERS WILL NEED TO HIRE A ENGINEER TO VERIFY
 CODE COMPLIANCE FOR BOTH THE 1ST FLOOR CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY AS WELL AS THE CARPORT AND WHAT APPEARS AS A
 CONCRETE EXTERIOR STAIR TO VERIFY CODE COMPLIANCE AND
 IF NEEDED WHAT WOULD NEED TO BE COMPLETED IN ORDER TO
 MAKE A CODE COMPLIANT BUILDING.
  
 7D) IN TTHE PERMIT PACKAGE THERE IS A LETTER NOT DATED,
 NOT DATE STAMPED BY THE CITY TO SHOW WHEN SUBMITTED
 CANCEALING PERMIT 15070089TO 15051140 AND THEN ONLY 4X
 FEES OCCUR TO THE FRONT BUILDING. NOTICE !!!! BUILDING
 PLAN REVIEW WAS LED TO BELIEVE NO WORK WAS TO BE
 REVIEWED UNDER THIS PERMIT FOR THE FRONT
 BUILDING!!!!!!!!!
 PLEASE LIST WHAT WORK WAS TO BE COMPLETED IN THE FRONT
 BUILDING UNDER THIS PERMIT!!!!!!
  
 8) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION. PLEASE CALL (561)233-5025 FOR MORE
 INFORMATION.
  
 9) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
