 VANILLA BOX BEING FORMED OR THE TENANT TO THE RIGHT OF
 THE NEWLY FORMED 1 HOUR TENANT SEPARATION WALL. 2010
 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION, 2010 107.2.1
 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION,
 NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN
 DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
 CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND
 REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 2) THE COVERSHEET INDICATES A TENANT SPACE OF 1035 SQ.
 FT./ 100= 11 YOU ROUND UP, THERE ARE NO PARTS OF
 OCCUPANTS, 2010 FBC-B TABLE 1004.1.1.
  
 3) SHEET A1.0. THE ROOM/ SUITE WITH THE NEW FIRE RATED
 DOOR TO THE CORRIDOR IS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS
 REVIEW THE NEW TENANT SPACE. THE NEW WALL TO THE RIGHT
 IS SHOWN AS A 1 HOUR FIRE RATED WALL. THE WALL TO THE
 LEFT SIDE IS INDICATED TO STOP 6 INCHES ABOVE THE
 CEILING LINE? THE 2010 FBC-B 709.6 TENANT SEPERATION
 WALLS EXCEPTION # 1 ALLOWS FOR A SUITE OF OFFICES AND
 NO TENANT SEPARATION WALLS WOULD NEED TO BE RATED
 WITHIN THE 3,000 SQ. FT AREA. EXCEPTION # 4 ALLOWS FOR
 FULLY SPRINKLERED BUILDINGSW TH A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY
 THE TENANT SEPARATION WALLS WOULD NOT NEED TO BE FIRE
 RATED.
  
 4) SHEET A1.0 DETAIL # 5 INDICATES THIS BUILDING HAS A
 RAISED FLOOR SYSTEM WHERE THE DUCTWORK IS RUN BENEATH
 THE FLOOR WITH THE TENANT SEPARATION WALLS HAVING
 DAMPERS AS WELL AS THE PLENUM RETURNS. THE PLANS DO NOT
 MENTION THE 1 HOUR FIRE RATING CONTINUING BENEATH THE
 RAISED FLOOR SYSTEM? 2010 FBC-B 709.4. CONTINUITY.
  
 5) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
