 1. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT:
  
  A. PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 140-14, A CONSTRUCTION
 SITE SECURITY AND MANAGEMENT PLAN SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED BY THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH POLICE
 DEPARTMENT - CRIME PREVENTION UNIT. A COPY OF THE
 MANAGEMENT PLAN AND APPROVAL LETTER FROM THE CRIME
 PREVENTION UNIT SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT - PLANNING DIVISION.
  
  B. PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 140-14, A RESTRICTIVE
 COVENANT, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH CITY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT - PLANNING DIVISION, SHALL BE RECORDED BY
 THE DEVELOPER IN THE PUBLIC RECORD OF PALM BEACH
 COUNTY, FLORIDA, RESTRICTING THAT THE PARCEL TO THE
 NORTH SHALL NEVER BE FILLED, SHALL ALWAYS REMAIN OPEN
 AND UNOBSTRUCTED (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF EXISTING
 VEGETATION), AND SHALL NEVER BE BUILT UPON, EXCEPT FOR
 RECREATIONAL OR ENVIRONMENTAL PURPOSES.
  
 2. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OF ANY OF THE EXISTING PARKING
 ON THE PROPERTY, ALL APPLICABLE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE
 FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH OF WEST PALM BEACH COMMUNITY
 SERVICE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (CSPD) SHALL BE COMPLETED
 TO ENSURE THAT THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES
 REQUIRED BY ARTICLE XIV OF THE CITY?S ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS FOR THE CHURCH AND ITS
 ANCILLARY FACILITIES ARE PROVIDED.
  
 3. THE SITE PLAN SHALL PROVIDE DIMENSIONED SETBACKS
 FROM THE PROPERTY LINE TO THE BUILDING.
  
 4. ENSURE THAT THE SITE PLAN MATCHES THAT WHICH WAS
 APPROVED VIA MINOR PD AMENDMENT (PB CASE NO. 1635G) ON
 09.09.2015.
