 2. SEPARATE PERMITS SHALL BE OBTAINED FOR THE
 FOLLOWING: I) FENCING/WALLS, II) LANDSCAPING, AND III)
 IRRIGATION.
  
 3. PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION OF ANY SITE LIGHTING, THE
 LIGHTING PLAN SHALL BE REVISED TO REFLECT PHOTOMETRIC
 LEVELS NOT EXCEEDING 0.5 FOOTCANDLES WHEN MEASURED AT
 THE PROPERTY LINE.
  
 4. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY,
 THE PROPERTY SHALL BE RE-PLATTED.
