 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. A MINOR AMENDMENT WILL EVENTUALLY NEED TO BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT -
 PLANNING DIVISION TO REFLECT ALL OF THE REVISIONS THAT
 HAVE OCCURRED SINCE THE APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO.
 72-15, AS WELL AS THE FOLLOWING WHICH WERE CONDITIONS
 OF APPROVAL:
  
  I. INCLUDE SHADE/FLOWERING TREES IN THE BULB-OUTS
 WITHIN THE EAST-WEST ACCESS DRIVE FROM DIVISION AVENUE
 (IN ALIGNMENT WITH 17TH STREET).
  
  II. REMOVAL OF THE PRIVACY WALL FROM THE WEST SIDE OF
 THE SIDEWALK THAT CONNECTS BETWEEN BUILDINGS #2 AND #3.
  
 2. LANDSCAPE PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED.
 APPLICATION SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY TWO (2) SETS OF
 SIGNED/SEALED LANDSCAPE PLANS, ALONG WITH A CERTIFIED
 COST ESTIMATE (MATERIAL + LABOR).
  
 3. SECTION I-I AND J-J ON SHEET PD-3 IS LABELED
 INCORRECTLY; IT INDICATES THE ADJACENT PROJECT AS BEING
 THE PAUL LAWRENCE DUNBAR SENIOR COMPLEX.
  
 4. ADDITIONAL STRIPING AND/OR SIGNAGE MAY BE REQUIRED
 THROUGHOUT THE SITE (I.E. AT THE ROUNDABOUT TO INDICATE
 DIRECTION OF TRAVEL, AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE
 NORTH-SOUTH DRIVE AND THE PARKING AREAS, ETC.).
  
 5. ON SHEET A1.01, DETAIL 3 DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS WITH REGARD TO SIZE, AND DOESN'T MATCH WHAT
 IS SHOWN ON THE PLANS.
  
 6. THE SITE LIGHTING SHOWN ON SHEET E-1.00 AND E-1.10
 DO NOT MATCH. AND PHOTOMETRIC LEVELS SHALL BE SHOWN AT
 THE PROPERTY LINE, NOT EXCEEDING 0.5 FOOTCANDLES.
  
 7. IN AN EMAIL TO JON SCHMIDT & ASSOCIATES ON
 8/24/2015, SEVERAL AREAS OF CONCERN WERE IDENTIFIED
 WHERE IT APPEARS THAT THE LOCATION OF UTILITIES, SIGHT
 LIGHTING, ETC. HAVE CREATED DEFICIENCES OR CONFLICTS
 WITH LANDSCAPING. THESE AREAS SHOULD BE EVALUATED AND
 ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY.
