 PER 2010 FBC 1503.7. PLACE A NOTE ON THE PLANS.THIS
 COMMENTS REFERS TO THE DOWNSPOUTS FROM THE GUTTERS.
 THEY ARE NOT UNDERGROUND.
 3) SHT. A2.05 - THE SCUPPER CALCULATION SHOWS 1551 SQ.
 FT. FOR SCUPPER #1 & 1282 SQ. FT. FOR SCUPPER #2, AND
 ALSO AT THE BOTTOM OF THE TABLE IT STATES "HORIZONTAL
 PROJECTED ROOF AREA" -1008 SQ. FT.- THIS DOES NOT ADD
 UP.PLEASE CLARIFY. IS THIS A TYPO ERROR?
 4) SHT. A2.05 - THIS BUILDING HAS TWO FLAT ROOFS
 IDENTIFY RWL-1 & RWL-2 ON THE PLANS. WPB AMEND. TO 2010
 FBC SEC. 107.2.1.2ND REQUEST.
 5) THE STORM DRAINAGE RISER SHOWS OVERFLOW DRAINS, NOT
 SCUPPERS, YET THERE ARE TABLES FOR SCUPPER SIZING. ARE
 THERE OR ARE THERE NOT ROOF SCUPPERS ON THIS BUILDING?
 IF SO, SHOW THE LOCATION OF ALL SCUPPERS AND SHOW THE
 LENGTH AND HEIGHT DIMENSIONS OF THE SCUPPERS AND THE
 DESIGN HEAD ( IN INCHES). SCUPPERS SHALL BE SIZED PER
 THE 2010 FBC-PLUMBING TABLE 1106.7. IF NOT, DELETE ANY
 REFERENCE/TABLE TO ROOF SCUPPERS.

 INCH WATER LINE. WHICH IS IT? THE PLANS SHALL
 CORRELATE.

 SMART PUMP SYSTEM. WPB AMEND. TO 2010 FBC SEC. 107.2.1.
 2ND REQUEST. THE RESPONSE STATED THEY WILL BE PROVIDED.

 12) SHT. P4.00 - SHOW THE TONNAGE OF THE AIR
 CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT ON THE CONDENSATE RISER. COMPLY
 W/ TABLE 314.2.2. OF 2010 FPC. THE PLAN WAS ONLY
 CORRECTED FOR BUILDING #1. CORRECT THE PLAN FOR THE
 OTHER BUILDINGS. 2ND REQUEST.
 13) SUBMIT THE MANUFACTURER SPECIFICATIONS &
 INSTALLATION MANUAL FOR THE TANKLESS WATER HEATERS. WPB
 AMEND. TO 2010 FBC SEC. 107.2.1. I CANNOT DETERMINE IF
 THE VENT LOCATIONS ARE APPROVED AND TO CODE WITHOUT THE
 INSTALLATION MANUAL THAT SHOWS THE REQUIREMENTS. MY
 CONCERNS ARE THAT THIS IS A DIRECT VENT APPLIANCE AND
 THE CLOSE PROXIMITY TO AN EXHAUST DUCT MAY CREATE A
 CODE ISSUE.2010 FBC-FUEL GAS CODE SEC.503.2.3.
 14) SUBMIT DETAILS ON THE DOMESTIC WATER PUMP PACKAGE.
 SUBMIT A DETAIL THAT SHOWS ALL THE PIPING. WPB AMEND.
 TO 2010 FBC SEC. 107.2.1. 2ND REQUEST.
 15) IDENTIFY THE OVERFLOW DRAINS ON ALL THE ROOF PLANS.

 THE LOWER ROOFS SHALL BE INCLUDED IN THE ROOF DRAINAGE
 CALCULATIONS. THIS WAS OVERLOOKED IN FIRST REVIEW.2010
 FBC -PLUMBING SECS.1106.2 & 1106.3.
 18) THE PLUMBING DRAWINGS REFER TO THE ARCHITECTURAL
 PLANS FOR DOWNSPOUT DETAILS. I COULD NOT FIND ANY
 DOWNSPOUT DETAILS IN THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS. CLARIFY.
 19) NOTE #14 ON THE ENLARGED ARCHITECTURAL FLOOR PLANS
 REFER TO THE ARCHITECTURAL AND PLUMBING DRAWINGS FOR
 DETAILS FOR THE GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS. I COULD NOT
 FIND ANY DETAILS ON ANY OF THESE PLANS. CLARIFY.
 20) AS UPLOADED, ALL THE PLUMBING DRAWINGS ARE LABELED
 AS "P' DRAWINGS. THERE IS NO WAY TO DISCERN WHICH
 DRAWINGS ARE FOR BUILDING #1, #2 OR #3. PLEASE SUBMIT
 ONLY THE DRAWINGS THAT ARE APPLICABLE TO THIS PERMIT
 AND THIS BUILDING. THIS APPLIES TO ALL THE DRAWINGS.

 21) SEVERAL RESPONSES ON THE PLAN REVIEW COMMENT STATE
 "REFER TO REVISED ROOF PLAN" OR "SEE ARCHITECTURAL
 DRAWINGS." THESE RESPONSES ARE VAGUE AND
 INCONCLUSIVE.PLEASE PROVIDE THE SPECIFIC DRAWING NUMBER
 WHEN REFERENCING PLAN SHEETS.. WPB AMEND. TO 2010 FBC
