 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 72-15, PRIOR TO THE
 ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT:
  
 A. A MINOR AMENDMENT SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT - PLANNING DIVISION FOR
 THE FOLLOWING:
  
  I. INCLUDE SHADE/FLOWERING TREES IN THE BULB-OUTS
 WITHIN THE EAST-WEST ACCESS DRIVE FROM DIVISION AVENUE
 (IN ALIGNMENT WITH 17TH STREET).
  
  II. REMOVAL OF THE PRIVACY WALL FROM THE WEST SIDE OF
 THE SIDEWALK THAT CONNECTS BETWEEN BUILDINGS #2 AND #3.
  
 2. REMINDER - PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF ANY CERTIFICATE
 OF OCCUPANCY, THE PROPERTY SHALL BE RE-PLATTED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE STATUTES, REGULATIONS,
 AND THE CITY'S POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
  
 3. LANDSCAPE PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED.
 APPLICATION SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY TWO (2) SETS OF
 SIGNED/SEALED LANDSCAPE PLANS, ALONG WITH A CERTIFIED
 COST ESTIMATE (MATERIAL + LABOR).
  
 4. REMINDER - ALL UTILITIES WITHIN THE RPD SHALL BE
 LOCATED UNDERGROUND.
  
 5. THE EAST-WEST ROADWAY EXTENDING WEST FROM DIVISION
 AVENUE (IN LINE WITH ADAMS STREET), SHALL BE
 INCORPORATED INTO ALL PERMIT MATERIALS FOR THIS PROJECT
 AS IT IS REQUIRED TO BE COMPLETED IN ASSOCIATION WITH
 SILVER PALM PLACE.
  
 6. PLEASE CONFIRM THAT THE PROPOSED DESIGN, RADIUS,
 MATERIALS, LOAD, ETC. FOR THE ROUNDABOUT WILL BE
 ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY'S FIRE-RESCUE DEPARTMENT; OR ARE
 THEY ACCEPTABLE OF DRIVING THROUGH THE PARKING AREA?
 SIGNAGE MAY BE REQUIRED.
  
 7. SECTION I-I AND J-J ON SHEET PD-3 IS LABELED
 INCORRECTLY; IT INDICATES THE ADJACENT PROJECT AS BEING
 THE PAUL LAWRENCE DUNBAR SENIOR COMPLEX.
  
 8. ADDITIONAL STRIPING AND/OR SIGNAGE MAY BE REQUIRED
 THROUGHOUT THE SITE (I.E. AT THE ROUNDABOUT TO INDICATE
 DIRECTION OF TRAVEL, AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE
 NORTH-SOUTH DRIVE AND THE PARKING AREAS, ETC.).
  
 9. PLEASE CONSULT WITH THE CITY'S TRAFFIC ENGINEER AS
 TO WHETHER OR NOT THE EAST-WEST ROADWAYS SHOULD BE
 SIGNED AS "ADAMS STREET" AND "17TH STREET". THESE WILL
 NOT BE DEDICATED ROADWAYS. ADDITIONALLY, I DON'T IF THE
 PROPER ADDRESSES HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED BECAUSE OF THIS.
  
 10. THE UTILITIES SHOWN ON THE WATER & SEWER PLANS DO
 NOT MATCH WHAT WAS SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS. PLEASE
 ENSURE THAT THE PLANS ARE CONSISTENT AND THAT THERE ARE
 NO CONFLICTS. ADDITIONALLY, THE LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL
 ENSURE THAT ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, METERS, BACKFLOW
 PREVENTERS, ETC. ARE SCREENED AS REQUIRED.
  
 11. THERE IS AN FDC CONNECTION SHOWN IN A LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND NEAR BUILDING #2 THAT APPEARS TO CONFLICT WITH A
 PROPOSED SHADE TREE. THE FDC MAY NEED TO BE RELOCATED.
  
 12. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THERE IS NO CONFLICT BETWEEN THE
 LANDSCAPING AND THE PROPOSED FIRE HYDRANT LOCATED IN
 THE PARKING LOT ISLAND BETWEEN BUILDINGS #2 AND #1
 (SOUTH OF THE ROUNDABOUT).
  
 13. ON SHEET A1.01, DETAIL 1 SHOULD SHOW A MINIMUM OF 5
 FEET OF LANDSCAPING ISLAND FROM THE INSIDES OF THE
 CURBING.
  
 14. ON SHEET A1.01, DETAILS 3 AND 3.1 DO NOT MEET THE
 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS WITH REGARD TO SIZE, STRIPING,
 ETC.
  
 15. ON SHEET A1.01, DETAIL 9, THE LANDSCAPING IS ON THE
 WRONG SIDE OF THE CONCRETE PAD, AND THE BIKE RACKS MAY
 BE ORIENTED IN THE WRONG DIRECTION ON THE SITE PLAN.
 THE BIKE RACK SHOULD BE ORIENTED SUCH THAT TWO (2)
 BIKES CAN BE EASILY PUSHED INTO PLACE ON EITHER SIDE OF
 THE RACK.
  
 16. ON SHEET A1.00, NOTES #9 AND #10 ARE REVERSED.
  
 17. ON SHEET A-1.02, THE STAIR FLOOR PLANS REFER TO THE
 INCORRECT SHEET FOR THE CROSS SECTIONS.
  
 18. IN LOOKING AT THE BUILDING PERMITS, THE ARCHITECT'S
 PLANS ARE SHOWING THAT THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE UNITS ON
 DIVISION AVENUE IS 4-5 FEET (OR MORE IN SOME AREAS)
 ABOVE GRADE. THIS LEAVES A LARGE AREA UNDERNEATH THE
 FIRST LEVEL OF WINDOWS. ALL THAT'S PROPOSED ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN IS SOD WITH A 24 INCH HIGH ROW OF
 "SEMINOLE PINK HIBISCUS". ADDITIONAL PLANTINGS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED TO ADDRESS THE SCALE OF THE BASE OF THE
 BUILDING.
  
 19. LANDSCAPE SCREENING SHALL BE PROVIDED AROUND THE
 PROPOSED FPL TRANSFORMERS (UNLESS OTHERWISE PROHIBITED
 BY FPL).
  
 20. ELECTRICAL PLANS SHOW MULTIPLE CONFLICTS BETWEEN
 THE PROPOSED SITE LIGHTING AND THE LANDSCAPING.
  
 21. LANDSCAPE SCREENING AND FENCING SHALL BE PROVIDED
 FOR THE POOL EQUIPMENT.
  
 22. ELECTRICAL PLANS SHOW MULTIPLE CONFLICTS BETWEEN
 THE PROPOSED FPL TRANSFORMERS AND THE LANDSCAPING.
  
 23. PLEASE PROVIDE CROSS SECTIONS AT THE LOCATIONS OF
 THE ROOF-TOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT TO INDICATE THAT ALL
 EQUIPMENT WILL BE ADEQUATE SCREENED WITH THE PROPOSED
 PARAPETS, ETC. PLEASE SHOW THE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 (ACCURATELY SIZED) IN THE CROSS SECTION.
