 SIGNATURES OF DESIGN PROFESSIONALS AS APPLICABLE; USE
 THE REQUIRED NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 2 INCLUDE ON A CD IF DESIGN PROFESSIONAL DIGITAL
 SIGNATURES ARE PROVIDED AS REQUIRED; USE THE REQUIRED
 NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 3 INCLUDE ON A CD WITH ONE SET OF TRADITIONAL PAPER
 DESIGN DOCUMENTS SIGNED AND SEALED AS REQUIRED; USE THE
 REQUIRED NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 4 ONE SET OF TRADITIONAL PAPER DESIGN DOCUMENTS SUBJECT
 TO ADMINISTRATIVE FEES TO DIGITIZE THE DOCUMENTS
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED WHEN IT BECOMES
 AVAILABLE.
  
 1) : PALM BEACH OUTLET MALL: BEFORE PLAN SUBMITTAL TO
 THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT, THE PLANS ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE
 THE STAMPED LANDLORD APPROVAL BY NEW ENGLAND
 DEVELOPMENT PALM BEACH OUTLETS SKY GROUP TENANT
 COORDINATOR.
  
 2) THE D.1 SHEET DOES NOT SHOW THE REMOVAL OF THE
 REQUIRED DRINKING FOUNTAIN NOR DOES THE A.1 SHEET SHOW
 THE INSTALATION OF A NEW DRINKING FOUNTAIN. UNDER THE
 2010 FLORIDA EXISTING BUILDING CODE SECTION 706.1 A
 BUILDING, FACILITY, OR ELEMENT THAT IS ALTERED SHALL
 COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, ACCESSIBILITY. FBC-ACCESIBILITY CODE 202.4
 ALTERATIONS AFFECTING PRIMARY FUNCTION AREAS. UP TO 20%
 OF THE CONTRACT VALUE IS REQUIRED TO BRING THIS UNIT UP
 TO CODE OR UP TO $ 7000.00 DOLLORS. THE TENANT SPACE IS
 MISSING THE REQUIRED DRINKING FOUNTAIN PLEASE REVIEW
 THE ACCESS. CODE 211.2 MINIMUM NUMBER.
 NO FEWER THAN TWO DRINKING FOUNTAINS SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 ONE DRINKING FOUNTAIN SHALL COMPLY WITH 602.1 THROUGH
 602.6 AND ONE DRINKING FOUNTAIN SHALL COMPLY WITH
 602.7.
  
 3) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
