 FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINE. NOTE: THIS IS AN R-3
 SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING. THE 2010 FBC RESIDENTIAL CODE
 SHOULD BE THE APPLICABLE CODE. FBC-R TABLE R302.1
 ALLOWS A FIRE SEPARATION DISTANCE OF 3 FEET.
  
 2) PLANS DO NOT SPECIFY THE REQUIRED SOIL BEARING
 CAPACITY TO SAFELY SUPPORT THE STRUCTURE. FBC-R401.2

 PORCH SLABS AND FBC-R 704 FOR NOT LESS THAN 6 INCHES OF
 CLEARANCE BETWEEN EXTERIOR WALL COVERINGS AND FINAL
 EARTH GRADE.
  
 4) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF SITE SPECIFIC ENERGY CALCULATIONS

 NOT APPLY TO THIS JOB. THE 2010 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE
 RESIDENTIAL APPLIES TO THIS PROJECT. FBC-R 101.2
  
 2) GENERAL SITE NOTE #8 ON SHEET AS1.1 SPECIFIES THAT
 THE FINISHED GRADE IS TO BE SLOPED AWAY FROM THE
 BUILDING WALLS A MINIMUM OF 1/4" PER FOOT. FBC-R 401.3
 REQUIRES THE GRADE TO FALL A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES WITHIN
 THE FIRST 10 FEET. WHICH IS A LITTLE LESS THAN 5/8" PER
 FOOT.
  
 3) GENERAL SITE NOTE #9 ON SHEET AS1.1 SPECIFIES THAT
 ALL EXTERIOR CONCRETE SLABS ARE TO BE SLOPED @ 1/8" PER
 FOOT AWAY FROM BUILDING WALLS. FBC-R 403.1 REQUIRES
 IMPERVIOUS SURFACES WITHIN 10 FEET OF THE BUILDING
 FOUNDATION TO BE SLOPED A MINIMUM OF 2 PERCENT (.24"
 PER FOOT) AWAY FROM THE BUILDING.
  
 4) THE NOTE ARROWS FOR SECTIONS H1 AND H4 ON SHEET A1.2
 ARE OFF SET FROM THE DRAWING SUCH THAT THEY DO NOT
 SPECIFY THE CORRECT LOCATION FOR THE ITEM NOTES. FBC
 107.2.1
  
 5) THE DESIGNER OF RECORD DID NOT PROVIDE SEPARATE
 PRESSURES FOR THE 8' X 8' SECTIONAL GARAGE DOORS IN THE
 COMPONENT & CLADDING WALL PRESSURE SCHEDULE ON SHEET
 A0.1. BASED ON THE WALL PRESSURES PROVIDED IN THE
 SCHEDULE, THE DESIGN PRESSURES IN THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 FOR THE SECTIONAL GARAGE DOORS ( +/- 37 PSF ) ARE NOT
 ADEQUATE. FBC-R 301.2.1
  
 6) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED FOR THE 3' X 8'
 OUTSWING DOOR DOES NOT HAVE A FL# OR NOA NO. SPECIED IN
 THE DOCUMENTS. THE +/- 50 PSF DESIGN PRESSURE LISTED
 FOR THE DOOR IS INADEQUATE. THE DOOR IS NOT IMPACT
 RATED (AN APPROVED DCA RULE 9N-3, FBC-R 301.2.1 AND
 301.2.1.2
  
 7) SPECIFY WHICH ONE OF THE APPROVED ASSEMBLIES LISTED
 IN THE FIBERTITE NOA WILL BE INSTALLED. INDICATE THE
 MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURE FOR THE SYSTEM AND PROVIDE
 SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 AND/OR RAS 137 CALCULATIONS
 FOR ENHANCED FASTENING TO MEET THE UPLIFT PRESSURES IN
 ROOF ZONES 2 AND 3. FBC-R 301.2.1
  
 8) IN ORDER TO REDUCE PLAN REVIEW TIMES AND PROVIDE
 CLARIFICATION, PLEASE SUBMIT A RESPONSE LETTER
 INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW COMMENTS HAS BEEN
 ADDRESSED.
  
 9) LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMITS,
 APPLICATIONS AND REVIEWS. PLEASE REMOVE BOTH SETS OF
 LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION PLANS FROM THE SUBMITTAL
 DOCUMENTS AND SUBMIT THEM WITH SEPARATE PERMIT
 APPLICATIONS. IF THE VALUE FOR THIS WORK WAS INCLUDED
 IN THE VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE, PLEASE REMOVE THE AMOUNT
