 2. THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION IS LOCATED WITHIN THE
 100-YR FLOOD BOUNDARY WITH A BASE FLOOD ELEVATION OF 7
 FT NGVD. PLEASE DEMONSTRATE THE PROJECT COMPLIES WITH
 SECTION 94-546 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES.
  
 - ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION AND SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENTS
 SHALL BE ANCHORED TO PREVENT FLOTATION, COLLAPSE OR
 LATERAL MOVEMENT OF THE STRUCTURE, AND SHALL BE
 CONSTRUCTED WITH MATERIALS AND UTILITY EQUIPMENT
 RESISTANT TO FLOOD DAMAGE BY METHODS AND PRACTICES THAT
 MINIMIZE FLOOD DAMAGE.
  
 - ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING AND OTHER UTILITY CONNECTIONS
