 2) THE BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION NOTES THE
 DESCRIPTION OF WORK AS "NEW COMMERCIAL POOL AND SPA"
 BUT THE PLANS ALSO SHOW PIPING FOR A FOUNTAIN. CLARIFY.
 3) THE WATER FILL FOR THE COLLECTOR TANK SHALL BE
 EQUIPPED WITH A REDUCED PRESSURE BACKFLOW PREVENTER PER
 CITY ORDINANCE AND THE CITY'S CROSS CONNECTION CONTROL
 MANUAL.
 4) SUBMIT MANUFACTURING SPECS FOR THE POOL HEATERS. WPB
 AMEND. TO 2010 FBC SEC. 107.2.1.
 5) PROVIDE CALCULATIONS ON THE PLAN THAT THE MAXIMUM
 FILTRATION RATE THROUGH THE CARTRIDGE FILTERS DOES NOT
 EXCEED 0.075 PER THE 2010 FBC SEC.424.1.6.5.5.1.
 6) PROVIDE MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATION SHEETS FOR THE
 TYPE OF LIFT TO BE USED TO PROVIDE HANDICAP
 ACCESSIBILITY TO THE SPA.
 7) SUBMIT DOCUMENTATION THAT THE GRATING ON THE SPA
 MAIN DRAIN COMPLIES WITH 2010 FBC SEC.424.1.6.5.10.2.
 SUBMIT MANUF. SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE MAIN DRAIN COVER.
 8) THE PIPING PLAN SHOWS THE POOL WATER DISCHARGING TO
 THE SANITARY SEWER. POOL WATER SHALL NOT DISCHARGE TO
 THE SANITARY SEWER PER CITY ORDINANCE 90-126 ( B) (5).
 9)SUBMIT MSDS DOCUMENTS FOR THE THE CHLORINE AND THE
 "ACID'.WPB AMEND. TO 2010 FBC SEC. 107.2.1.
 10) SUBMIT DETAILS/SPECS FOR THE CHEMICAL FEEDERS.THE
 FEEDERS SHALL COMPLY WITH ANSI/NSF 50 - 2007 PER 2010
 FBC SEC.424.1.6.5.16.
 11) THE SPA POOL HEATER SHALL HAVE VALVES PROVIDED
 WHICH ALLOW FOR THE ISOLATION OR REMOVAL OF THE HEATER
 FROM THE SYSTEM. THE DESIGN DOES NOT APPEAR TO MEET
 THIS REQUIREMENT. SEE 2010 FBC SEC.424.1.6.5.14.
  
  
 THIS REVIEW DID NOT INCLUDE THE POOL HOUSE BUILDING FOR
 THE MINIMUM SANITARY FACILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE
