 BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF

 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. NOTE: PLEASE COORDINATE ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS WITH PLANS AND PRODUCT APPROVALS TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS AND/OR UN-NECESSARY DELAYS.

 WRONG ENERGY CALCULATIONS FORM WAS SUBMITTED. FORM
 502-2010 SUBMITTED IS FOR COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS. PROVIDE
 CORRECT FORM SEE SEC. 103.2.1.1 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL THE INFORMATION IS
 COMPLETED AND FORM IS SIGNED BY ALL REQUIRED PARTIES.
 ARCHITECT LISTED ON THE FORM TO SIGN AND SEAL THE
 DOCUMENT AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 481 FLORIDA STATUTE.

 REQUIRED. IT LOOKS MORE LIKE EXPOSURE "D". SEE SEC.
 R301.2.1.4 AND EXPOSURE "D" ON SEC. R301.2.1.4.3.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED OR PROVIDE COMPLETE RATIONAL
 ANALYSIS CALCULATIONS AS SPECIFIED ON THE EXCEPTION OF
 SEC. R301.2.1.4.
 AND REVISE ALL THE BUILDING AND COMPONENTS AND CLADDING
 DESIGN PRESSURES ACCORDINGLY.

 IS 7'-0". PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLOOD RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R322 OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. PROVIDE
 SURVEY SHOWING THE FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION OF EXISTING
 HOUSE AND GARAGE AND THE PROPOSED ADDITION.

 NOA. IDENTIFY APPROVED ASSEMBLY AND NEED THE SIGNED AND
 SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS.

 SPECIFIED ON ALL DETAILS. PROVIDE ONLY THE FLORIDA

 APPROVAL NUMBER NEXT TO EACH SPECIFIED CONNECTOR.

 UNABLE TO FIND THE MIAMI-DADE NOA'S LISTED ON THE
 DETAILS. ALSO, HUGHES TP6X SPECIFIED ON DETAIL #4 OF
 SHEET A-1.1 DOESN'T HAVE ANY NOA NUMBER.
