 1) THE PLANS WERE SUBMITTED WITHOUT A SOILD TEST.
 PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH; 2010 FBC-B 1803.5.2
 QUESTIONABLE SOIL. WHERE THE CLASSIFICATION, STRENGTH
 OR COMPRESSIBILITY OF THE SOIL IS IN DOUBT OR WHERE A
 LOAD-BEARING VALUE SUPERIOR TO THAT SPECIFIED IN THIS
 CODE IS CLAIMED, THE BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO REQUIRE THAT A GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION
 BE CONDUCTED.
  
 2) THERE IS A DISCREPANCY IN THE PLANS. THE COVERSHEET
 DESIGN CRITERIA INDICATES THE WIND EXPOSURE TO BE A "B"
 WIND ZONE WHERE AS SHEET A-2 IS INDICATES THIS
 STRUCTURE TO BE LOCATED IN A "C" EXPOSURE WITH A MEAN
 ROOF HEIGTH OF 25 FT. THE PLANS INDICATE THE TALLEST
 BEAM TO BE 14 FT. ABOVE GRADE.
 INSPEAKINF WITH R. MCDOUGAL WHO IS REVIEWING THE
 RESIDENTIAL UNITS THERE WAS A MEETING WITH YOUR STAFF
 AND THE BUILDING OFFICIAL TODAY ABOUT THE EXPOSURE
 CATEGORY, IT WAS DECIDED THAT THIS IS AN "C" EXPOSURE.
 2010 FBC-B 1609.4.2 SURFACE ROUGHNESS C./ 107.2.1.3
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 3) THE TRUSS LAYOUT SHEET AND ENGINEERING WILL ALSO
 NEED TO BE RECALULATED SINCE THE TRUSSENGINEERING HAS
 BEEN CALCULATED AS A "B" EXPOSURE. 2010 FBC-B 1609.4.2
 SURFACE ROUGHNESS C.
  
 4) THE SUBMITTED PRODUCT APPROVALS WILL NOT BE REVIEWED
 UNTIL THE NEW PRESSURES HAVE BEEN UPDATED WITH EXPOSURE
 AND HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT FACTORS, IF THE 25 FT. MEAN ROOF
 HEIGHT IS TAKEN THE ADJUSTMENT FACTOR FOR A C EXPOSURE
 FOR 25 FT WOULD BE 1.35 AND FOR 15 FT THE FACTOR WOULD
 BE 1.21. FBC-B TABLE 1609.7(2).
  
 5) 2010 FBC 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS
 WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
 6) A SURVEY WAS SUBMITTED BUT NO SITE PLAN. THE
 CLUBHOUSE IS TO BE REVIEWED UNDER THE 2010
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE AND NEED TO COMPLY WITH;
 206.2.1 SITE ARRIVAL POINTS.
 AT LEAST ONE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE SHALL BE PROVIDED WITHIN
 THE SITE FROM ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES AND ACCESSIBLE
 PASSENGER LOADING ZONES; PUBLIC STREETS AND SIDEWALKS;
 AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION STOPS TO THE ACCESSIBLE
 BUILDING OR FACILITY ENTRANCE THEY SERVE.
  
 206.2.2 WITHIN A SITE. AT LEAST ONE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE
 SHALL CONNECT ACCESSIBLE BUILDINGS, ACCESSIBLE
 FACILITIES, ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS, AND ACCESSIBLE SPACES
 THAT ARE ON THE SAME SITE. NEITHER THE SURVEY OR THE
 SHEET A1 SHOW HOW ACCESSIBE ROUTE WILL BE ACHIEVED TO
 THE DRINKING FOUNTAIN,& VENDING MACHINES.
  
 7) ALTOUGH NOT PART OF THIS PERMIT THE POOL AND POOL
 DECK HAVE A COMBINED OCCUPANT LOAD OF OVER 50 PEOPLE
 THAT WILL REQUIRE 2 MEANS OF EGRESS FROM THE POOL AREA.

 8) THE POOL ,POOL DECK, FENCING, PARKING AND STRIPPING
 OF THE PARKING SPACE AN ACCESS AISLE ALL REQUIRE
 SEPARATE PERMITS. * 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION
 105.1 PERMITSREQUIRED.
  
 9) PLEASE PROVIDE A SITE PLAN SHOWING AN ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACE AND COMPLIANT ACCESS AISLE. 2010
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SEE SECTIONS 502 FOR PARKING
 SPACE AND 503 FOR AN ACCESS AISLE.
  
 10) PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR POOL
 BARRIERS FOUND IN FBC-B 424.1.3.1.9
 ALL PUBLIC POOLS SHALL BE SURROUNDED BY A MINIMUM 48
 INCH (1219 MM) HIGH FENCE OR OTHER APPROVED SUBSTANTIAL
 BARRIER. THE FENCE SHALL BE CONTINUOUS AROUND THE
 PERIMETER OF THE POOL AREA THAT IS NOT OTHERWISE
 BLOCKED OR OBSTRUCTED BY ADJACENT BUILDINGS OR
 STRUCTURES AND SHALL ADJOIN WITH ITSELF OR ABUT TO THE
 ADJACENT MEMBERS. ACCESS THROUGH THE BARRIER OR FENCE
 FROM DWELLING UNITS, SUCH AS HOMES, APARTMENTS, MOTEL
 ROOMS AND HOTEL ROOMS, SHALL BE THROUGH SELF-CLOSING,
 SELF-LATCHING LOCKABLE GATES OF 48 INCH (1219 MM)
 MINIMAL HEIGHT FROM THE FLOOR OR GROUND WITH THE LATCH
 LOCATED A MINIMUM OF 54 INCHES (1372 MM) FROM THE
 BOTTOM OF THE GATE OR AT LEAST 3 INCHES (76 MM) BELOW
 THE TOP OF THE GATE ON THE POOL SIDE. IF THE
 SELF-CLOSING, SELF-LATCHING GATE IS ALSO SELF-LOCKING
 AND IS OPERATED BY A KEY LOCK, ELECTRONIC OPENER OR
 INTEGRAL COMBINATION LOCK, THEN THE OPERABLE PARTS OF
 SUCH LOCKS OR OPENERS SHALL BE 34 INCHES MINIMUM (864
 MM) AND 48 INCHES MAXIMUM (1219 MM) ABOVE THE FINISHED
 FLOOR OR GROUND. GATES SHALL OPEN OUTWARD AWAY FROM THE
 POOL AREA. A LATCHED, LOCKABLE GATE SHALL BE PLACED IN
 THE FENCE WITHIN TEN FEET (3048 MM) OF THE CLOSEST
 POINT BETWEEN THE POOL AND THE EQUIPMENT AREA FOR
 SERVICE ACCESS.
  
 11) SHEET A-2 ROOF VENTILATION INDICATES THE USE OF
 O'HAGEN WEATHER MASTER ROOF TILE VENTS, NO PRODUCT
 APPROVALS WERE SUBMITTED FOR THIS TYPE OF SYSTEM.

 OPENING NOT LESS THAN 20 INCHES BY 30 INCHES (559 MM BY
 762 MM) SHALL BE PROVIDED TO ANY ATTIC AREA HAVING A
 CLEAR HEIGHT OF OVER 30 INCHES (762 MM). A 30-INCH (762
 MM) MINIMUM CLEAR HEADROOM IN THE ATTIC SPACE SHALL BE
 PROVIDED AT OR ABOVE THE ACCESS OPENING.

 IS A STUCCO, STONE WITH 8 INCH CONCRETE BLOCK NOT THE
 DESCRIPTION GIVEN.
  
 14) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE
 REVISION & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES
 AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
