 ALL PERMIT APPLICATION PLAN REVIEWS WILL BE PERFORMED
 ELECTRONICALLY
 UPON APPLICATION AND FEE PAYMENT DESIGN DOCUMENTS
 SUBMISSION OPTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
 1 UPLOAD VIA THE PROJECT DOX PORTAL WITH DIGITAL
 SIGNATURES OF DESIGN PROFESSIONALS AS APPLICABLE; USE
 THE REQUIRED NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 2 INCLUDE ON A CD IF DESIGN PROFESSIONAL DIGITAL
 SIGNATURES ARE PROVIDED AS REQUIRED; USE THE REQUIRED
 NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 3 INCLUDE ON A CD WITH ONE SET OF TRADITIONAL PAPER
 DESIGN DOCUMENTS SIGNED AND SEALED AS REQUIRED; USE THE
 REQUIRED NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 4 ONE SET OF TRADITIONAL PAPER DESIGN DOCUMENTS SUBJECT
 TO ADMINISTRATIVE FEES TO DIGITIZE THE DOCUMENTS
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED WHEN IT BECOMES
 AVAILABLE.

 1) THE PERMIT APPLICATION STATES THE MANUFACTURED
 BUILDING THAT IS BEING SET UP AS A TEMPORARY OFFICE,
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE DATES IT OFFICE IS TO BE OCCUPIED.
 108.1 GENERAL. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL IS AUTHORIZED TO
 ISSUE A PERMIT FOR TEMPORARY STRUCTURES AND TEMPORARY
 USES. SUCH PERMITS SHALL BE LIMITED AS TO TIME OF
 SERVICE, BUT SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED FOR MORE THAN
 6MONTHS.
  
 PLEASE NOTE IF THE MODULAR BUILDING IS TO BE IN USE
 GREATER THAN 6 MONTHS, THEN CONFORMANCE WITH SECTION
 2010 FBC-B 1809.4 DEPTH AND WIDTH OF FOOTINGS.
 THE MINIMUM DEPTH OF FOOTINGS BELOW THE UNDISTURBED
 GROUND SURFACE SHALL BE 12 INCHES (305 MM). WHERE
 APPLICABLE, THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 1809.5 SHALL
 ALSO BE SATISFIED. THE MINIMUM WIDTH OF FOOTINGS SHALL
 BE 12 INCHES.
  
 2) THE SITE PLANS DOES NOT SHOW THE STAIR NOR THE RAMP
 LOCATIONS, OR THE LANDINGS AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE
 RAMP. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2010 FBC-B
 1010.6.2 WIDTH. THE LANDING SHALL BE AT LEAST AS WIDE
 AS THE WIDEST RAMP RUN ADJOINING THE LANDING.
  
 1010.6.3 LENGTH. THE LANDING LENGTH SHALL BE 60 INCHES
 (1525 MM) MINIMUM.
  
 1010.6.4 CHANGE IN DIRECTION. WHERE CHANGES IN
 DIRECTION OF TRAVEL OCCUR AT LANDINGS PROVIDED BETWEEN
 RAMP RUNS, THE LANDING SHALL BE 60 INCHES BY 60 INCHES
 (1524 MM BY 1524 MM) MINIMUM.
  
 2010 FBC- ACCESSIBILITY CODE: 405.7.4 CHANGE IN
 DIRECTION.
 RAMPS THAT CHANGE DIRECTION BETWEEN RUNS AT LANDINGS
 SHALL HAVE A CLEAR LANDING 60 INCHES (1525 MM) MINIMUM
 BY 60 INCHES (1525 MM) MINIMUM.
  
 405.7.5 DOORWAYS.
 WHERE DOORWAYS ARE LOCATED ADJACENT TO A RAMP LANDING,
 MANEUVERING CLEARANCES REQUIRED BY 404.2.4 AND 404.3.2
 SHALL BE PERMITTED TO OVERLAP THE REQUIRED LANDING
 AREA.
  
 3) STATE APPROVED PLANS SHEET 1 OF 5 GENRAL NOTE # 20
 INDICATES WHEN THIS UNIT IS LOCATED IN A WIND BORNE
 DEBRIS REGION THE WINDOWS REQUIRE PROTECTION, PLEASE
 INDICATE HOW CODE COMPLIANCE WILL BE MET? 2010 FBC-B
 1609.1.2 PROTECTION OF OPENINGS, 1609.6.4.41 COMPONENTS
 & CLADDING.
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
