 FIRST REVIEW FAILED AS INDICATED BELOW:
  
 THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS ARE REQUIRED TO THE
 ELECTRICAL SUBMITTAL FOR A SATISFACTORY ELECTRICAL
 REVIEW:
  
 1. YOU SHALL PROVIDE LOAD CALC FOR THE NEW LOAD CENTER.
 2. YOU SHALL PROVIDE A PANEL SCHEDULE FOR THE NEW LOAD
 CENTER.
 3. INDICATE THE FEEDERS CONDUCTORS FOR THE NEW LOAD
 CENTER. SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE TO THE RESULTS OF THE
 CONNECTED LOAD.
 4. INDICATE IF THE NEW LOAD CENTER IS GOING TO HAVE A
 MAIN BREAKER OR WILL IT BE A MAIN LUG ONLY THEREFORE
 THE MAIN TO BE IN THE MAIN PANEL. IN SUCH CASE THE
 FEEDERS TO THE MAIN PANEL SHALL BE SUFFICIENT TO CARRY
 THE ADDED LOAD.
 5. ALL CENTRAL VACUUM CLEANER OUTLETS TO BE AS MANDATED
 BY NEC 422.15
 6. ALL OUTDOOR RECEPTACLES SHALL BE RATED AS WEATHER
 RESISTANT AS PER NEC 406.8
 7. ALL RECEPTACLES SHALL BE TAMPER RESISTANT AS PER
 NE#C 406.11
 8. ARC-FAULT PROTECTION IS REQUIRED AS PER NEC 210.12
 9. BEDROOM HALL SMOKE DETECTOR SHALL ALSO BE CAPABLE OF
 DETECTING HIGH LEVELS OF CO (CARBON MONOXIDE) AS PER
 FBC-R 315.
 10.RELOCATE THE LIGHT OUTLET AT THE REAR DOORS SO AS
 NOT TO BLOCK IT BEHIND THE DOOR.
 11. LIGHTING OUTLET BOXES IN THE CEILING SHALL BE
 CAPABLE OF SUPPORTING 50#'S AS PER NEC 314.27
 12. TELEPHONE AND TV COMMUNICATION BOXES, THOUGH NOT
 INDICATED ON THE PLANS, SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH ADEQUATE
 LIGHTING AS INDICATED IN NEC 210.70(3)
 13. OUTLETS SPACING THROUGHOUT ALL HABITABLE ROOMS
 SHALL BE AS INDICATED BY NEC 210.52(A)
 14. OUTLETS ALONG THE KITCHEN COUNTER SHALL BE AS PER
 NEC 210.52(C)
 15. MASTER BATHROOM OUTLET SHALL BE AS INSTRUCTED BY
 NEC 210.52(D)
 16. THE MASTER BEDROOM CORRIDOR IS MISSING AN OUTLET AS
 PER NEC 210.52(H)
