2015-06-15 16:31:201. PARKING ENTRANCES SHALL BE FLUSHED WITH THE SIDEWALK
 LEVEL.
 2. PROPOSED MEDIAN ON DIXIE HWAY PARKING ENTRANCE SHALL
 BE MOVED CLOSER TO STREET TO ALLOW SIDEWALK TO BE AT
 LEAST8 FEET WIDTH AT THE DRIVEWAY CROSSING.
 3. STRUCTURAL SOIL SHALL BE INSTALLED AROUND THE
 RELOCATED OAK TREE AND NEW TREE ON DIXIE HIGHWAY.
 4. INDICATED CONFEDERATE JASMIN ON THE WALL DOES NOT
 SEEM TO HAVE AN ASSOCIATED PLANTING AREA AT GROUND
 LEVEL. PLANTING SHALL BE AT LEAST 24" IN WIDTH TO
 PROVIDE ENOUGH GROUND FOR THE JASMIN TO GROW 50 FEET
 VERTICALLY.
 5. DAC APPROVAL REQUIRED A DECORATIVE SCREENING FOR THE
 FERN STREET GARAGE AND THE BACK FLOW PREVENTOR. PLEASE
 INDICATE HOW IS THAT SCREENING.
 6. PLEASE CLARIFY ELEVATION TO INDICATE ELEMENTS ON THE
 FRONTAGE LINE AND ELEMENTS BEHIND, ON INTERIOR
 ELEVATIONS.
 7. DAC APPROVAL REQUIRED ENHANCED MATERIALS AT GROUND
 FLOOR.
 8. PARKING SPACES AT GROUND LEVEL CAN BE COMPACT, BUT
 THEY SHALL HAVE AN EXTRA FOOT IF A COLUMN IS IN ONE
 SIDE OF THE SPACE.
 9. DRIVE AISLE SHALL BE 24 FEET IN WIDTH WHEN 90 DEGREE
 PARKING NEXT TO IT. AISLE CLOSER TO ENTRANCE IS ONLY 22
 FEET. REDUCE SPACES TO 16 FEET LONG.
 10.ALLEY EXIT FROM GROUND FLOOR PARKING SHOWS TWO
 TRAVEL LANES ON SP1-1, BUT ONLY ONE OF CIVIL DRAWINGS.
 11. DAC VARIANCE REQUIRED ADDITIONAL ARCHITECTURAL
 TREATMENT ON NORTH AND EAST GARAGE ELEVATION. PROPOSED
 DESIGN ON BUILDING PERMIT HAS LESS ELEMENTS THAN
 ORIGINAL SUBMITTAL PRESENTED TO DAC.
 12. PLEASE INDICATE PROPERTY LINE ON ALL FLOOR PLANS
 AND ELEVATIONS TO DETERMINE NEED FOR AERIAL EASEMENTS.
