 DENIED BY BUILDING
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF A FLOOR PLAN THAT SHOWS THE
 LOCATON, SIZE AND SWING (IN OR OUT) OF THE DOORS.
 SPECIFY THE REQUIRED WIND DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THE
 DOORS ON THE PLANS. SPECIFY THE EXISTING CABINET LAYOUT
 AND THE NEW CABINET LAYOUT ON THE PLANS. IF ADDITIONAL
 COUNTER SPACE IS ADDED ADDITIONAL RECEPTACLES MAY BE
 REQUIRED. INDICATE THE AREAS OR ROOMS AND EXTENT OF THE
 DRYWALL REPAIRS ON THE PLANS. FBC 107.2.1 &

 FBC 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING PLANS
 SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON
 SUBSTANTIAL PAPER, CLOTH OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE MEDIUM.
 THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE,
 SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO
 RECORDS MANAGEMENT.
 FBC 107.2.1 - INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND
 ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF
 THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN.
  
 2) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9N-3
 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS WITH FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION
 INSTRUCTIONS AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EACH OF
 THE DIFFERENT ROOFING MATERIALS, WINDOW/GLASS TYPES,
 STRUCTURAL MULLIONS AND EXTERIOR DOOR TYPES. THE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED FOR THE EXTERIOR DOORS (NOA
 NO. 07-0618.10) ARE EXPIRED. SUBMIT CURRENT PRODUCT
 APPROVALS. THE FOLLOWING IS A LINK TO THE MIAMI - DADE
