 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1-3) COMPLIED.
  
 4) 2ND REQUEST. THE LAST MEETING THE TRASH CHUTE WAS
 DISCUSSED AND THE DESIGN TEAM DECIDED TO TAKE THE TRASH
 CHUTE OUT OF THE BUILDING. TO BLOCK UP THE OPENING AT
 EACH FLOOR AND TO CREATE A 2 HOUR HORIZONTAL BARRIER IN
 THE TRASH TERMINATION ROOM. THERE IS NO MENTION OF ANY
 ACTIVITY ON THE TRASH CHUTE.
 COMMENT FROM 1ST REVIEW. ON ALL FLOORS THERE IS A TRASH
 CHUTE WITHOUT A ACCESS ROOM. THE EXST. BLDG. CODE
 912.1.1.2 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION WITH
 SEPARATION. WHERE A PORTION OF AN EXISTING BUILDING
 THAT IS CHANGED TO A NEW OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AND
 THAT PORTION IS SEPARATED FROM THE REMAINDER OF THE
 BUILDING WITH FIRE BARRIERS HAVING A FIRE-RESISTANCE
 RATING AS REQUIRED IN THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 BUILDING FOR THE SEPARATE OCCUPANCY, THAT PORTION SHALL
 COMPLY WITH ALL THE REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 8 FOR THE
 NEW OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AND WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THIS CHAPTER.
 801.2 COMPLIANCE. IN ADDITION TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
 CHAPTER, WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF CHAPTERS 6 AND 7. THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTIONS 703,
 704, AND 705 SHALL APPLY WITHIN ALL WORK AREAS WHETHER
 OR NOT THEY INCLUDE EXITS AND CORRIDORS SHARED BY MORE
 THAN ONE TENANT AND REGARDLESS OF THE OCCUPANT LOAD.
 703.2.1 EXISTING VERTICAL OPENINGS. ALL EXISTING
 INTERIOR VERTICAL OPENINGS CONNECTING TWO OR MORE
 FLOORS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE APPROPRIATE SECTIONS OF
 THE FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE.

 12) IN THE LAST MEETING WITH THE DESIGN TEAM, IT WAS
 ALSO DISCUSSED TO PRESSURIZE THE SCISSOR STAIRWAY,
 SINCE THERE WILL BE NO FIRE SPRINKLER PROTECTION UNTIL
 SEPT. 1/ 2016. WITH THE 1ST PHASE OF THE FIRE
 SPRINKLERS (2ND PHASE OF PROJECT) TO BE INSTALLED ON
 THE FLOORS 1-4 BY SEPTEMBER 1, 2016 IS THIS A PERMIT
 APPLICATION DATE OR A COMPLETION DATE. THE CONCERN IS
 THERE IS NO PROTECTION FOR THE OCCUPANTS ON FLOORS 5-9
 FOR 2 YEARS!!!L
 13) IMPACT FEES BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE
 ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY.
 THE ACTUAL PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT
 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE

 13) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE
 REVISION & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES
 AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
