 ALL PERMIT APPLICATION PLAN REVIEWS WILL BE PERFORMED
 ELECTRONICALLY
 UPON APPLICATION AND FEE PAYMENT DESIGN DOCUMENTS
 SUBMISSION OPTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
 1 UPLOAD VIA THE PROJECT DOX PORTAL WITH DIGITAL
 SIGNATURES OF DESIGN PROFESSIONALS AS APPLICABLE; USE
 THE REQUIRED NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 2 INCLUDE ON A CD IF DESIGN PROFESSIONAL DIGITAL
 SIGNATURES ARE PROVIDED AS REQUIRED; USE THE REQUIRED
 NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 3 INCLUDE ON A CD WITH ONE SET OF TRADITIONAL PAPER
 DESIGN DOCUMENTS SIGNED AND SEALED AS REQUIRED; USE THE
 REQUIRED NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 4 ONE SET OF TRADITIONAL PAPER DESIGN DOCUMENTS SUBJECT
 TO ADMINISTRATIVE FEES TO DIGITIZE THE DOCUMENTS

 THAT A LOCAL GOVERNMENT SHALL IMPOSE A FEE OF FOUR
 TIMES THE FEE FOR PLAN REVIEW, IF PLANS ARE REJECTED
 (3) OR MORE TIMES FOR REPEATED FAILURE TO CORRECT A
 CODE VIOLATION.
  
  
 1) 2ND REQUEST THE RESPONSE LETTER INDICATES THE
 REMOVAL OF NON-BEARING WALLS, PLEASE SHOW A DEMOLITION
 PLAN SO THE SCOPE OF THE REMODEL CAN BE DETERMINED.

 AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT
 IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL THE SUBMITTED PLANS
 DO NOT SHOW THE EXISTING CONDITIONS, AREA TO BE
 REMODELED, THE PLANS SUBMITTED SHEET 1.0A DOESN'T
 REFLECT WHAT HAS CHANGED ,JUST THAT IT IS NEW.
 COMMENT FROM THE 1ST REVIEW.
 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION, 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE
 AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT
 IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES.

 4) 2ND REQUEST. THE PROPOSED WORK SHOWN ON SHEET 1.0A
 ALSO SHOWS A WALK IN COOLER ON THE INTERIOR OF THE
 BUILDING WITH WHAT APPEARS IS A ADDITION TO THE COOLER
 TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING.
  
 4A) 2ND REQUEST. THE RESPONSE LETTER INDICATES THE
 COOLER WILL NO LONGER BE OUTSIDE THE BUILDING BUT THE
 PLANS HAVE NOT BEEN UPDATED TO REFLECT THE DELETION OF
 THE EXTERIOR COOLER.
 1ST REVIEW COMMENT. THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE WHEN THE
 ADDITION OF THE EXTERIOR COOLER IS ADDED HOW THE
 PENETRATION OF THE WALL IS MADE, ASSUMED MATERIAL TO BE
 CBS CONSTRUCTION, EITHER COLUMNS WOULD BE CUT OR
 MASONRY CELLS WITH STEEL. THE SUPPORTING BEAM WAS NOT
 DESIGNED TO BE A CLEAR SPAN LOAD BEARING BEAM NOR DOES
 THE PLANS SHOW THE SUPPORTING COLUMNS. 2010 FBC-B
 2107.1 GENERAL. THE DESIGN OF MASONRY STRUCTURES USING
 ALLOWABLE STRESS DESIGN SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTERS 1 AND 2 OF TMS 402/ACI
 530/ASCE 5 EXCEPT AS MODIFIED BY SECTION 2107.2.

 PRODUCTS OR CONSTRUCTION SYSTEMS THAT WILL REQUIRE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS: (31) (G) EXTERIOR COOLER, FREEZERS &
 PRE-ENGINEERED A/C STANDS
  
 6) 2ND REQUEST. THE RESPONSE LETTER INDICATES THE
 COOLER WILL NO LONGER BE OUTSIDE THE BUILDING BUT THE
 PLANS HAVE NOT BEEN UPDATED TO REFLECT THE DELETION OF
 THE EXTERIOR COOLER. 2010 FBC 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT
 APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE
 DCA RULE 9N-03 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN
 WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL
 FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL. FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE
 ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING
 ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS, SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
 7) 2ND REQUEST, NOT ADDRESSED. THE PLANS DO NOT
 INDICATE IF THERE IS ANOTHER AREA THAT HAS BECOME THE
 DINING ROOM, PLEASE SUBMIT A LIFE SAFETY PLANS OF THE
 WHOLE BUILDING. 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION
 107.3.5 MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW CRITERIA FOR BUILDINGS. THE
 EXAMINATION OF THE DOCUMENTS BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM CRITERIA AND
 DOCUMENTS: LIFE SAFETY PLAN.
  
 8) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW CANNOT BE MADE AT THIS TIME, AS A
 RESULT OF THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUESTED
