 SHOWN IN THE EASEMENT AREA.
  
 2. PROVIDED PLANT LIST DOES NOT FULLY MATCH THE PLAN
 SUBMITTED. PLAN INCLUDES REFERENCES TO 'DES' AND 'CAS',
 FOR EXAMPLE, THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED ON THE PLANT LIST.
  
 3. PLEASE INCLUDE CALCULATION ON THE PLAN DEMONSTRATING
 COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM PLANTING REQUIREMENTS. NOTE:
 ZLDR SEC. 94-442(B)(2)A. - FOR SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING
 UNITS, AT LEAST ONE SHADE, FLOWERING, OR FRUIT TREE
 SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 1,200 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN
 SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF. FOR SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING
 UNITS, AT LEAST ONE SHRUB SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 500
 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF. PLEASE
 KEEP IN MIND OPEN SPACE MEANS AN OPEN, UNENCLOSED AREA
 CONSISTING OF SETBACKS, LANDSCAPING, BUFFERS, VEHICULAR
 AND PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION FEATURES, AND SURROUNDING
 PARKING. PALMS ARE ALLOWED TO BE COUNTED TOWARD A
 MAXIMUM OF 35% OF THE REQUIRED TREES WITH A 2:1
 SUBSTITUTION FOR MOST SPECIES AND SHALL BE PLANTED IN
 CLUSTERS OF THREE IF BEING COUNTED TOWARD THE REQUIRED
