 CODE: 2010 FBC.
  
 1- PERMIT APPLICATION WAS SUBMITTED AS OWNER BUILDER.
 THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE HAS HOMESTEAD ON ADJACENT HOUSE
 6216 GARDEN AVE. ACCORDING TO FLORIDA STATUTE 489.103
 THE HOUSE CAN'T BE IMPROVED FOR THE PURPOSE OF SELLING
 OR RENTING THE HOUSE. CLARIFY IF HOUSE WILL BE FOR
 OWNER'S OWN USE OR IF IT WILL BE RENTED OR FOR SALE. IF
 GOING TO BE OWNER OCCUPIED, THEN COMPLETE THE
 OWNER/BUILDER DISCLOSURE STATEMENT. OTHERWISE, NEED A
 CONTRACTOR TO APPLY FOR THE PERMIT.
  
 2- SCOPE OF WORK DESCRIBED ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 DOESN'T MATCH SCOPE OF WORK DESCRIBED ON THE DEMOLITION
 FLOOR PLAN. PERMIT APPLICATION CALLS FOR DEMOLITION OF
 EXISTING ROOF TRUSSES OVER FIRST FLOOR, WHILE
 DEMOLITION PLAN DOESN'T SPECIFY ANY ROOF TRUSSES
 DEMOLITION. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. SEC. 107.2.1
 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- DEMOLITION PLANS SHOW DEMOLITION OF AN INTERIOR
 MASONRY BEARING WALL. THIS WALL IS SUPPORTING THE
 SECOND FLOOR. PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE SHORING AND REINFORCEMENT OF THE
 STRUCTURE TO AVOID COLLAPSE OF THE SECOND FLOOR. SEC.
 104.12 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 4- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC. REVISE VALUATION AS REQUIRED.
