 MEET THE EQUIVALENCY OF THE TESTING. WE UNDERSTAND THAT
 YOU WILL NOT FIND A TESTED REPORT WITH THE SAME
 COMONENTS AS THE TEST SPECIMEN FOR THE WOOD PRODUCTS
 AND WITH DURAROCK AS A COMPONENT, PLEASE BE SPECIFIC AS
 TO HOW EACH OF THE MEMBERS ARE TO BE EITHER FASTENED
 AND OR ADHERRED TO EACH OTHER.

 UNDERLAYMENT WITH A IIC RATING OF 49 TESTED TO ASTM E
 492 DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIRED IIC RATING OF 50.
 AS STATED ABOVE THE TESTED ASSEMBLY IN THIS CASE DID
 NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CODE WITH THE SAME
 CONFIGURATION. PLEASE PROVIDE RANIONAL ANALYSIS AND
 PREFORM A ENGINEERED JUDGEMENT AS WHAT IT WILL TAKE TO
 MEET THE REQUIREMENT OF ASTM E-492 WITH A IIC OF 50 DB
 MINIMUM. WE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU WILL NOT FIND A TESTED
 REPORT WITH THE SAME COMONENTS AS THE TEST SPECIMEN FOR
 THE WOOD PRODUCTS AND WITH DURAROCK AS A COMPONENT,
 PLEASE BE SPECIFIC AS TO HOW EACH OF THE MEMBERS ARE TO
 BE EITHER FASTENED AND OR ADHERRED TO EACH OTHER.

 4) 1ST REVIEW COMMENTS. 2010 1207.3 STRUCTURE BORN
 SOUND REPORT FOR PROFLEX . PLEASE PROVIDE THE SLAB
 THICKNESS. THIS REPORT DECLARES A IIC RATING OF 68DB
 WHEN APPLIED TO A 8 INCH SLAB AND A 5/8 IN DROP CEILING
 WITH 3 1/2 INCHES OF FIBERGLASS INSULATION (0.16PSF).
 PLEASE IDENTIFY THE ACTUAL FLOOR/ CEILING ASSEMBLY TO
 SEE IF THIS REPORT IS THE RIGHT CONFIGURATION, NOTE
 DROPED CEILINGS WOULD NEED TO BE THROUGH THE WHOLE UNIT
 WITH A 10 INCH PLENUM. 1207.3 STRUCTURE-BORNE SOUND.
  
 5) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
