 THE PLAN IS DEFICIENT IN TERMS OF DETAIL AND CLARITY:
  
 FBC107.2.1 - INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN
 UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL. ELECTRONIC MEDIA DOCUMENTS
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED WHEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL
 CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT
 LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC,
 AND THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE
 OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS
 EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS
 AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE
 OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. (SEE ALSO
 SECTION 107.3.5).
  
 FBC 107.2.1.4 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS. BUILDING PLANS
 SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON
 SUBSTANTIAL PAPER, CLOTH OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE MEDIUM.
 THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE,
 SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO
 RECORDS MANAGEMENT.
  
 1) REGARDING THE REPLACEMENT OF FASCIA BOARD IS
 SUFFICIENT, HOWEVER, BE ADVISED IT MUST BE DECAY
 RESISTANT WOOD AND FASTENED EQUALLY AS STRONG AS THE AS
 ORIGINALLY. IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IF YOU PROVIDE A DETAIL
 SPECIFYING THE WOOD TYPE AND DIMENSIONS AND FASTENERS
 PROPOSED.
  
 2) I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT "VAINLY" IS BUT I PRESUME
 YOU MAY MEAN VINYL. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL SHOWING THE
 SUBSTRATE MATERIAL: IS IT PLYWOOD, IS IT BLOCK? PROVIDE
 A SECTION SHOWING THE PROPOSED VAPOR BARRIER IF NEEDED,
 MESH IF PROPOSED, AND STUCCO THICKNESS.
  
 3) REGARDING THE LIVING ROOM WINDOW, YOU MUST SUPPLY
 DETAILS TO DEMONSTRATE THE PROPOSED STRUCTURAL
 MODIFICATIONS TO THE OPENING. ADDITIONALLY, YOU MUST
 PROVIDE COPIES OF THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE WINDOW.
  
 4) REGARDING THE REMOVAL OF THE BEDROOM WALLS, IN
 ADDITION TO PROVIDING ELECTRICAL INFORMATION AS
 OTHERWISE REQUESTED, PLEASE PROVIDE A MORE DETAILED
 FLOOR PLAN TO DEMONSTRATE THE PROPOSED REMOVAL OF WALLS
 AND RE-DESIGNATION OF SPACE.
