 1- REVISE EQUIPMENT SIZING CALCULATIONS:
 A) THIS IS A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE. THERE ARE NOT 24
 OCCUPANTS ON THE FIRST FLOOR PLUS 2 OCCUPANTS ON THE
 MASTER BEDROOM AND 26 OCCUPANTS ON THE SECOND FLOOR.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED. CODE DOESN'T ALLOW FOR ANY FACTORS
 THAT WILL AFFECT EQUIPMENT SIZING. SEC. 403.6.1 OF 2010
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 B) WHAT KIND OF APPLIANCES ARE CONSIDERED FOR THE
 MASTER BEDROOM?. REVISE AS REQUIRED. CODE DOESN'T ALLOW
 FOR ANY FACTORS THAT WILL AFFECT EQUIPMENT SIZING. SEC.
 403.6.1 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 C) CEILING AREA FOR ROOM #1 IS INCORRECT. THE FIRST
 FLOOR WAS DIVIDED INTO TWO ZONES. THE MASTER BEDROOM IS
 ONE ZONE AND THE REST OF THE FIRST FLOOR IS THE SECOND
 ZONE. 2855 S.F IS FOR THE ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR. NEED TO
 SPLIT THE CEILING AREA BETWEEN ROOM # 1 AND ROOM #3.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED. CODE DOESN'T ALLOW FOR ANY FACTORS
 THAT WILL AFFECT EQUIPMENT SIZING. SEC. 403.6.1 OF 2010
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 D) FLOOR PLANS WERE REVISED BY THE OWNER. THERE ARE NOT
 LONGER TWO SOLID DOORS LEADING FROM THE GARAGE TO THE
 MAIN HOUSE. REVISE INFORMATION ON EQUIPMENT SIZING
 CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED. SEC. 403.6.1 OF 2010
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
