 DENIED BY MECHANICAL
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE ENERGY FORM IS MISSING SOME OR ALL OF THE
 FOLLOWING INFORMATION: OWNER, BUILDER NAME, PERMIT
 OFFICE ( CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ), JURISDICTION (
 604700 ). FBC 107.2.1.4
  
 2) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL THAT WAS SUBMITTED FOR THE
 FRONT DOOR IS FOR A GLAZED SINGLE FRENCH DOOR WHERE THE
 GLASS AREA IS EQUAL OR GREATER THAN ONE THIRD OF THE
 DOOR AREA. THIS DOOR IS REQUIRED TO BE INCLUDED IN THE
 GLAZING CALCULATION AS A TOTAL FENESTRATION. FBC ENERGY
 SECTION 405.5.3
  
 3) ON THE MECHANICAL PLANS FOR THE MADERA MODELS THE
 14" RETURN TRANSFER DUCT IS TOO SMALL FOR THE MASTER
 BEDROOM SUITE. THERE ARE (2) 5", (1) 4" AND (1) 8"
 SUPPLY DUCTS ENTERING THE MASTER SUITE WITH A TOTAL
 CROSS SECTIONAL AREA OF 103". FBC-R M1602.4 REQUIRES
 THE TRANSFER DUCT TO BE 1.5 TIMES THE CROSS SECTIONAL
 AREA OF THE SUPPLY DUCTS ENTERING THE SUITE AND A ONE
 INCH UNDERCUT OF THE DOOR.
  
 4) THE INTERNAL GAIN CALCULATION ON THE EQUIPMENT
 SIZING CALCULATION USES 14 OCCUPANTS FOR THE MADERA
 MODEL. PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THE OCCUPANT LOAD WAS
 DERIVED. FBC 107.2.1
  
 5) THE ENERGY FORM FOR THE MADERA MODEL SPECIFIES
 31,000 BTU/HR ( 9KW) HEAT STRIP AND THE MECHANICAL PLAN
 HAS 5 KW. PLEASE CLARIFY. FBC 107.2.1
  
 6) THE END UNITS TYPICALLY REQUIRE LARGER HEATING AND
 COOLING LOADS THAN THE UNITS IN BETWEEN. THEY HAVE AN
 EXTRA EXTERIOR WALL WITH WINDOWS. REVIEW THE
 CALCULATIONS TO DETERMINE WHY ALL OF THE UNITS HAVE THE
 SAME LOADS. FBC 107.2.1
  
 7) IN ORDER TO REDUCE PLAN REVIEW TIMES AND PROVIDE
 CLARIFICATION, PLEASE SUBMIT A RESPONSE LETTER
 INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW COMMENTS HAS BEEN
