 SUBMISSION OPTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
 1 UPLOAD VIA THE PROJECT DOX PORTAL WITH DIGITAL
 SIGNATURES OF DESIGN PROFESSIONALS AS APPLICABLE; USE
 THE REQUIRED NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 2 INCLUDE ON A CD IF DESIGN PROFESSIONAL DIGITAL
 SIGNATURES ARE PROVIDED AS REQUIRED; USE THE REQUIRED
 NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 3 INCLUDE ON A CD WITH ONE SET OF TRADITIONAL PAPER
 DESIGN DOCUMENTS SIGNED AND SEALED AS REQUIRED; USE THE
 REQUIRED NAMING CONVENTION FOR EACH DOCUMENT
 4 ONE SET OF TRADITIONAL PAPER DESIGN DOCUMENTS SUBJECT
 TO ADMINISTRATIVE FEES TO DIGITIZE THE DOCUMENTS

 SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT. 2010 WEST PALM
 BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER
 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1.3: PLEASE SUBMIT 2 OF ALL
 SURVEYS, PLANS, REPORTS, REVISIONS, PRODUCT APPROVALS
 AND OR SUBMITTALS FOR REVIEW FOR PERMIT.
  
 2) THE PLANS SUBMITTED FOR A CONCRETE SHELTER BY SABRE
 INDUCTRIES DOES NOT HAVE A STAMP THEY ARE PART OF THE
 STATE APPROVED MODULAR BUILDING PROGRAM. THEY HAVE TO
 MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF FLORIDA STATE STATUTE
 553.35-553.42 PART I FOR MANUFACTURED BUILDINGS .

 INDICATES VAPOR BARRIER BEFORE CONCRETE BUT THERE IS NO
 CODE COMPLIANCE WITH 2010 FBC-B 1816.1 TERMITE

 NEGATIVE TABLE 1609.2(2) ASCE 7-10.
  
 5) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
