 1. THE PROPOSED BUILDING IS SHOWN ON TOP OF AN EXISTING
 CULVERT. IS THIS GOING TO CREATE ANY ISSUES IN THE
 FUTURE REGARDING MAINTENANCE, REMOVAL, REPLACEMENT,
 ETC. OF THE CULVERT?
  
 2. ALL EQUIPMENT COMPOUNDS SHALL BE ENCLOSED BY A SOLID
 OPAQUE FENCE OR WALL. CHAIN LINK, CHAIN LINK WITH
 SLATS, OR CHAIN LINK WITH FABRIC SCREENING, IS NOT
 ACCEPTABLE. SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATIONS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED FOR THE FENCE/WALL.
  
 3. ALL EQUIPMENT COMPOUND SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH
 SHRUBS/HEDGES PLANTED AT TWO (2) FOOT INTERVALS. SUCH
 LANDSCAPING SHALL BE SERVED BY AN AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION
 SYSTEM PROVIDING 120% COVERAGE. LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL
 BE PREPARED BY A REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT. AND
 ALL LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION WORK SHALL BE SUBMITTED
 UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATIONS.
