 DENIED BY BUILDING
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE GARAGE STRUCTURE WILL REQUIRE A STRUCTURAL
 ANALYSIS (907.2). SUBMIT TWO SETS OF A SIGNED AND
 SEALED STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS ON THE EXISTING GARAGE FROM
 A FLORIDA LICENSED ENGINEER.
 GENERAL AFTER THE FACT PERMITS
 PLEASE BE ADVISED THE INSPECTOR MAY REQUIRE PREVIOUSLY
 COMPLETED WORK TO BE MADE ACCESSIBLE AND OPEN FOR
 INSPECTION OR REQUIRE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION FOR ALL
 CONCEALED WORK PREVIOUSLY COMPLETED PURSUANT TO FBC 110
 & FBC 117.
  
  
 2) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9N-3
 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS WITH FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION
 INSTRUCTIONS AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EACH OF
 THE DIFFERENT ROOFING MATERIALS, WINDOW/GLASS TYPES,
 STRUCTURAL MULLIONS, EXTERIOR DOOR TYPES AND SIMPSON
 CONNECTORS. (SINGLE HUNG WINDOW AND MULLION PRODUCT
 APPROVALS WERE SUBMITTED WITH ORIGINAL APPLICATION.)
 NOTE: IF THE PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBERS FOR THE SIMPSON
 CONNECTORS ARE LISTED ON THE PLANS THEIR PRODUCT
 APPROVALS DO NOT HAVE TO BE SUBMITTED. NOTE: THE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED FOR THE DOORS IS FOR A
 SINGLE OUTSWING DOOR. SUBMIT THE ONES FOR DOUBLE
 OUTSWING DOORS. SPECIFY THE WINDOWS THAT WILL BE
 INSTALLED BY MARKING THE APPROPRIATE ONES ARE THEIR
 DESIGN PRESSURES ON THE TABLES IN THE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS.
  
 3)SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 2010 FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION
 SECT. 101.4.3 & 103.2 BY SUBMITTING THE PROPER
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. SEE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING FORMS
 402 OR 405.
 FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION - SECT. 103.2.3.2 CODE
 COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATION.
 THE BUILDING'S OWNER, THE OWNER'S ARCHITECT, OR OTHER
 AUTHORIZED AGENT LEGALLY DESIGNATED BY THE OWNER SHALL
 CERTIFY THAT THE BUILDING IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 CODE, AS PER SECTION 553.907, FLORIDA STATUTES, PRIOR
 TO RECEIVING THE PERMIT TO BEGIN CONSTRUCTION OR
 RENOVATION.
  
 4) IN ORDER TO REDUCE PLAN REVIEW TIMES AND PROVIDE
 CLARIFICATION, PLEASE SUBMIT A RESPONSE LETTER
 INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW COMMENTS HAS BEEN
