 2010 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 202.4.1. (I) COSTS
 ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE AND AN
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE ALTERED AREA; (II) COSTS
 ASSOCIATED WITH MAKING RESTROOMS ACCESSIBLE, SUCH AS
 INSTALLING GRAB BARS, ENLARGING TOILET STALLS,
 INSULATING PIPES, OR INSTALLING ACCESSIBLE FAUCET
 CONTROLS; (III) COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING
 ACCESSIBLE TELEPHONES, SUCH AS RELOCATING THE TELEPHONE
 TO AN ACCESSIBLE HEIGHT, INSTALLING AMPLIFICATION
 DEVICES, OR INSTALLING A TEXT TELEPHONE (TTY); (IV)
 COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RELOCATING AN INACCESSIBLE
 DRINKING FOUNTAIN.
  
 THE 20% DISPROPORTIONANTE COST CAN BE WORK THAT WAS
 INCLUDED IN THE CONTRACT VALUE SHOWING THE TENANT IS
 TRYING TO MEET A CODE COMPLIANCY FOR ACCESSIBLITY OVER
 A SERIES OF ALTERATIONS. THE LETTER FROM CITY
 CONSTRUCTION LIST THE REPLACEMENT OF NON-COMPLIANT
 LAVATORY VANITIES, PLEASE NOTE THIS PERMIT IS FOR THE
 TENANT SPACE ONLY NOT THE COMMON AREAS OR RESTROOMS.
  
 NOTE THAT CLAIMS CAN STILL BE MADE AGAINST THE TENANT
