 DENIED BY BUILDING
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) FBC 107.2.1 - INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND
 ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF
 THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN.
  
 2) FBC 107.3.5.3 - PROVIDE WIND DESIGN LOADS PURSUANT
 TO FBC-R301.2.
  
 3) FBC R301.5 - SPECIFY THE MINIMUM DISTRIBUTED LIVE
 LOAD FOR THE DECK ON THE PLANS.
  
 4) FBC R301.5 - SPECIFY THE DISTRIBUTED LIVE LOAD FOR
 THIS DECK DESIGN ON THE PLANS.
  
 5) FBC R301.1 SPECIFY THE SPACING OF THE 4 X 4 POSTS
 AND THE 2 X 8 FLOOR JOISTS ON THE PLANS.
  
 6) FBC 107.2.1 SPECIFY THE SPECIFIC JOIST HANGERS AND
 OTHER CONNECTORS THAT WILL BE USED TO ANCHOR THE DECK
 AND PROVIDE A CONTINUOUS LOAD PATH.
  
 7) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9N-3
 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. SPECIFICALLY, PROVIDE STRUCTURAL
 CONNECTOR SUBMITTALS.
  
 8) FBC 107.2.1 SPECIFY THE SIZE, LENGTH AND NUMBER OF
 LAG BOLTS THAT WILL BE USED TO ATTACH THE FLOOR GIRDER
 BEAMS AND PERIMETER BANDS TO THE 4 X 4 POSTS.
  
 9) FBC R403.1.4 MINIMUM DEPTH. ALL EXTERIOR FOOTINGS
 SHALL BE PLACED AT LEAST 12 INCHES (305 MM) BELOW THE
 UNDISTURBED GROUND SURFACE.
  
 10) SPECIFY THE HEIGHT OF THE DECK ABOVE FINISH GRADE
 ON THE PLANS. FBC R312.1 GUARDS SHALL BE LOCATED ALONG
 OPEN-SIDED WALKING SURFACES, INCLUDING STAIRS, RAMPS
 AND LANDINGS, THAT ARE LOCATED MORE THAN 30 INCHES (762
 MM) MEASURED VERTICALLY TO THE FLOOR OR GRADE BELOW AT
 ANY POINT WITHIN 36 INCHES (914 MM) HORIZONTALLY TO THE
 EDGE OF THE OPEN SIDE.
