 DENIED BY BUILDING
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THIS PROJECT IS LOCATED IN AN A5 FLOOD ZONE WHICH IS
 A SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD AREA (SFHA). THE BASE FLOOD
 ELEVATION (BFE) OF 7.5 FEET NGVD (INCLUDING THE SIX
 INCH FREEBOARD REQUIRED BY CITY ORDINANCE). A
 CONSTRUCTION DRAWING ELEVATION CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED.
 NOTE: ALL EQUIPMENT SERVICING THE BUILDINGS ARE
 REQUIRED TO BE AT OR ABOVE 7.5 FEET NGVD. AN UNDER
 CONSTRUCTION ELEVATION CERTIFICATE IS RECOMMENDED. A
 FINISHED CONSTRUCTION ELEVATION CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED
 TO BE SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW AND APPROVED BEFORE A
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY WILL BE ISSUED.
  
 2) THE FLOOD ZONE IS INCORRECTLY SPECIFIED AS AE5 ON
 SHEET A-0.2. IT SHOULD BE A5.
  
 3) PROVIDE TWO SETS OF A SITE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-R 401.3 DRAINAGE.
 SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER
 CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION THAT
 DOES NOT CREATE A HAZARD. LOTS SHALL BE GRADED TO DRAIN
 SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM FOUNDATION WALLS. THE GRADE
 SHALL FALL A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES (152 MM)WITHIN THE
 FIRST 10 FEET (3048 MM).
 EXCEPTION: WHERE LOT LINES, WALLS, SLOPES OR OTHER
 PHYSICAL BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6 INCHES (152 MM) OF FALL
 WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM), DRAINS OR SWALES SHALL BE
 CONSTRUCTED TO ENSURE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE.
 IMPERVIOUS SURFACES WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM) OF THE
 BUILDING FOUNDATION SHALL BE SLOPED A MINIMUM OF 2
 PERCENT AWAY FROM THE BUILDING.
  
 4) THE ADDRESS ON THE APPLICATION 6505 S. FLAGLER (PCN
 74434410340000010) IS FOR LOT 1. BASED ON THE SURVEY
 AND OTHER DOCUMENTS THIS STRUCTURE WILL BE LOCATED ON
 LOT 2. THE ADDRESS FOR LOT 2 IS 6511 S FLAGLER DR (PCN
 74434410340000020). THIS NEEDS TO BE CLARIFIED BEFORE
 THE PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED. FBC 107.2.1
  
 5) THE SUBSURFACE SOIL REPORT AND GEOTECHNICAL
 EVALUATION ARE FOR LOT 1, 6505 SOUTH FLAGLER DRIVE AND
 THIS PROJECT IS LOCATED ON LOT 2. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 6) ONLY ONE ENERGY COMPLIANCE FORM WAS SUBMITTED FOR
 THE MAIN HOUSE AND THE CABANA. SUBMIT ONE ADDITIONAL
 FORM FOR EACH. TWO OF EACH DOCUMENT IS REQUIRED BY FBC
 107.1.
  
 7) THE ELEVATOR IS REQUIRED BY FBC-R 321.1 TO COMPLY
 WITH ASME A17.1-2007 / CSA B44-07. SUBMIT TWO SETS OF
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE ELEVATOR EQUIPMENT. THE ELEVATOR
 IS LOCATED IN A SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD AREA (SFHA). IT IS
 REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH ASCE 24-05. YOU SHOULD ALSO
 REFER TO FEMA TECHNICAL BULLETIN 4/ NOVEMBER 2010.
  
 8) FBC-R 905.9.1 REQUIRES BUILT-UP ROOFS TO HAVE A 1/4"
 PER FOOT SLOPE, EXCEPT FOR COAL-TAR BUILT-UP ROOFS,
 WHICH SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM 1/8" PER FOOT SLOPE. SHEETS
 A2.3 AND S9 SPECIFY 1/8" SLOPES AND OTHERS SPECIFY 1/4"
 SLOPES.
  
 9) THE FRAMING NOTES NUMBER 1 - 4 ARE BLANK ON SHEETS
 S3, S6, S7, S8 AND S9. FBC 107.2.1.4
  
 10) THERE IS WHAT APPEARS TO BE A PRINTING ERROR WHICH
 CONSISTS OF A STREAK THAT RUNS FROM SHEET S2 THROUGH
 SHEET S12 WHICH BLANKS OUT PARTS OF THE TEXT ON THOSE
 SHEETS. FBC 107.2.1.4
  
 11) THE DOOR ELEVATIONS ON SHEET A-3.1 HAS TEXT STATING
 THAT TYPE E DOOR IS NOT USED. HOWEVER, THE DOOR
 SCHEDULE LISTS TYPE E FOR THE SLIDING GLASS DOORS. FBC

 12) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE MANUFACTURER'S
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE OUT DOOR BBQ GRILL. FBC

 13) THE SPARK MODERN FIRES SPECIFICATIONS THAT WERE
 SUBMITTED ARE FOR AN UNVENTED SEE-THRU GAS FIREPLACE.

 14) SPECIFY THE SYSTEM AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURE FOR

 15) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL THAT WAS SUBMITTED FOR THE BUR
 FOR CONCRETE DECK (NOA NO. 13-0424.11) HAS BEEN

 ASSEMBLY, FASTENING OPTION AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURE

 IS FOR INSTALLATION TO A CONCRETE DECK. THE PLANS
 INDICATE THAT THERE WILL BE A MINIMUM OF 2 " OF LIGHT
 WEIGHT CONCRETE OVER THE CONCRETE DECK. SUBMIT TWO
 COPIES OF THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR ROOFING INSTALLED

 RE-SUBMITTAL PROCEDURE
  
 YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A RE-SUBMITTAL FORM TO BE
 SUBMITTED WITH THE CORRECTED PLANS AND/OR OTHER
 DOCUMENTS. THE PERMIT CLERK WILL RETRIEVE THE DENIED
 APPLICATION, PLANS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS FOR YOU. YOU ARE
 REQUIRED TO REMOVE THE OLD PLAN SHEETS THAT HAVE BEEN
 CORRECTED AND REPLACE THEM WITH THE NEW ONES. THE CLERK
 WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A STAPLE REMOVER AND A STAPLER.
 ONE SET OF THE OLD PLAN SHEETS THAT HAVE BEEN REMOVED
 SHALL BE MARKED AS VOIDED AND RESUBMITTED ALONG WITH
 THE TWO (OR MORE) SETS THAT CONTAIN THE CORRECTED
 SHEETS. IF THERE ARE ANY SHEETS THAT HAVE BEEN STAMPED
 FOR COUNTY IMPACT FEES, HOA APPROVAL STAMPS OR OTHERS,
 RESUBMIT THOSE SHEETS.
 IF ALL OF THE PLAN SHEETS HAVE BEEN CORRECTED, THEN TWO
 (OR MORE) SETS OF THE NEW PLANS AND ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS
