 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION, 110.3.9 OTHER
 INSPECTIONS SERVICES. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY MAKE,
 OR CAUSE TO BE MADE BY OTHERS, THE INSPECTIONS REQUIRED
 BY SECTION 109. HE/SHE MAY ACCEPT REPORTS OF INSPECTORS
 OF RECOGNIZED INSPECTION SERVICES, PROVIDED THAT AFTER
 INVESTIGATION HE/SHE IS SATISFIED AS TO THEIR
 QUALIFICATIONS AND RELIABILITY. A CERTIFICATE CALLED
 FOR BY ANY PROVISION OF THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT
 BE BASED ON SUCH REPORTS UNLESS THE SAME ARE IN WRITING
 AND CERTIFIED BY A RESPONSIBLE OFFICER OF SUCH SERVICE.

 OF INSPECTION EXPERIENCE ON PREVIOUS PROJECT. THE
 RESUME' MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY ALL CERTIFICATES AS
 SPECIFIED HEREIN. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL OR HIS DESIGNEE
 WILL REVIEW THE RESUME'. AFTER THE RESUME' IS REVIEWED,
 AN INTERVIEW WILL BE SCHEDULED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES

 SHOWS A FUTURE LOADING DOCK WITH STEEL COLUMN
 CONSTRUCTION WHERE AS THIS IS TILT WALL CONSTRUCTION. A
 LOT OF THESE DETAILS DO NOT REFLECT THE JOBSITE
 CONDITIONS FOR TILT WALL CONSTRUCTION AND HOW THE
 VERTICAL STEEL FRAMING MEMBERS WILL ATTACH WITH PURLINS
 AND GIRTS AND HOW THE STEEL SKIN WILL ATTACH TO THE
 TILT WALL OR OVER LAP THE TILT WALL.
  
 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, 107.2.4 EXTERIOR WALL ENVELOPE.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR ALL BUILDINGS SHALL DESCRIBE
 THE EXTERIOR WALL ENVELOPE IN SUFFICIENT DETAIL TO
 DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH THIS CODE. THE CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR WALL
 ENVELOPE AS REQUIRED, INCLUDING FLASHING, INTERSECTIONS
 WITH DISSIMILAR MATERIALS, CORNERS, END DETAILS,
 CONTROL JOINTS, INTERSECTIONS AT ROOF, EAVES OR
 PARAPETS, MEANS OF DRAINAGE, WATER-RESISTIVE MEMBRANE
 AND DETAILS AROUND OPENINGS. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 SHALL INCLUDE MANUFACTURER?S
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS THAT PROVIDE SUPPORTING
 DOCUMENTATION THAT THE PROPOSED PENETRATION AND OPENING
 DETAILS DESCRIBED IN THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 MAINTAIN THE WEATHER RESISTANCE OF THE EXTERIOR WALL
 ENVELOPE. THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION SHALL FULLY
 DESCRIBE THE EXTERIOR WALL SYSTEM WHICH WAS TESTED,
 WHERE APPLICABLE, AS WELL AS THE TEST PROCEDURE USED.
  
 6) THERE ARE NO PLANS THAT PROPOSE THE HORIZONTAL
 SPACING OF THE GIRTS & PURLINS, NOR IS THERE AND PLAN
 INFORMATION AS TO THE TYPE OF WALL AND ROOF PANELS TO
 BE APPLIED TO THIS BUILDING. THE ENGINEERING SHEET #4
 STATES THE PRESSURES DERIVED ARE FROM ASCE &-10 THE
 PRESSURES ARE EXTREMELY LOW OR THE DESIGNER OF RECORD
 IS USING EITHER AISI S210 OR AISI S100 FOR THE ROOF
 SYSTEM DESIGN AND EITHER AISI S211 OR AISI S100 FOR THE
 WALL SYSTEM DESIGN. THIS DESIGN PARAMETER IS EXTREMELY
 NARROW IN THE PRODUCT THAT CAN USE IT.
  
 THE EFFECTIVE WALL AND ROOF AREA FOR COMPONENTS AND
 CLADDING LOOKS LIKE THE SAME FORMULA WAS USED AS
 WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN USED FOR THE MAIN WIND FORCE
 RESISTING SYSTEM. PLEASE REVIEW ASCE 7-10 TABLE 30.4-1
 STEPS TO DETERMINE COMPONENTS & CLADDING WIND LOADS FOR
 ENCLOSED AND PARTIALLY ENCLOSED LOW-RISE BUILDINGS.
 THERE ARE GOING TO BE DIFFERENT PRESSURES FOR ZONES
 1,2,3 4 & 5 ALSO DEPENDING ON THE TRIBUTARY AREA A DOOR
 OPENING OF 3X7=21 SQ FT. WHEN WE LOOK AT THE WALL AND
 ROOF PANELS DISTANCE BETWEEN PURLINS AND THE WIDTH OF
 THE PANEL WILL BE THE EFFECTIVE AREA. 2 FOOT WIDE PANEL
 AND PURLIN SPACING OF 3 FT WOULD END UP 6 SQ FT. OUR
 CHARTS THE LEAST OPENING WE LOOK AT IS 10 SQ FT. WE
 WILL NOT ONLY NEED THE PRODUCT APPROVALS BUT MAY
 REQUIRE THE ACTUAL ENGINEERING SHEETS OF WHEN THE WALL
 AND ROOF PANELS WERE TESTED AND TO WHAT STANDARD THEY
 WERE TESTED.
  
 7) 107.3.5 MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW CRITERIA FOR BUILDINGS.
 THE EXAMINATION OF THE DOCUMENTS BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM CRITERIA
 AND DOCUMENTS: A FLOOR PLAN; SITE PLAN; FOUNDATION
 PLAN; FLOOR/ROOF FRAMING PLAN OR TRUSS LAYOUT; ALL
 FENESTRATION PENETRATIONS; FLASHING; AND ROUGH OPENING
 DIMENSIONS; AND ALL EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS:

 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT

 9) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
