 1 PROVIDE PROPERTY SURVEY.
  
 2. CHART OF CALCULATIONS NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED WITH
 UPDATED INFORMATION FOR OVERALL SQUARE FOOTAGE THE SITE
 HAS BEEN APPROVED FOR, AMOUNT OF SQUARE FOOTAGE BEING
 USED, AMOUNT OF SQUARE FOOTAGE REMAINING FOR FUTURE
 EXPANSION, NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES REQUIRED, NUMBER OF
 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED, AND CALCULATIONS FOR
 IMPERVIOUS, PERVIOUS, AND OPEN SPACE. INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED MASTER
 PLAN.
  
 3. PLEASE REVISE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN TO DEMONSTRATE
 COMPLIANCE WITH ZLDR SEC. 94-207(D)(8) - "ANY SOURCE OF
 ILLUMINATION LOCATED WITHIN A COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE
 FOOTCANDLE AT OR BEYOND THE BOUNDARIES OF SUCH
 DEVELOPMENT."
  
 4. LIGHTPOLES MUST BE SETBACK A MINIMUM OF 5 FEET FROM
 THE PROPERTY LINE.
  
 5. STRIPING ON SHEET SD 201 SHOWS ROUNDED ENDS ON THE
 DOUBLE STRIPING WHICH IS NOT CONSISTENT WITH SHEETS C-8
 AND C-9 AND THE STANDARD CITY STRIPING DETAIL. PLEASE
 REVISE SHEETS SD 201 FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ZLDR SEC.
 94-485, STANDARD CITY STRIPING DETAIL.
  
 6. A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE
 PROPOSED LANDSCAPING. PLEASE REVIEW THE MASTER
 LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. (IF YOU DO NOT
 HAVE A COPY YOU MAY CONTACT ME TO OBTAIN A COPY).
 ADDITIONAL TREES ARE REQUIRED IN THE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS
 AS WELL AS LANDSCAPE BUFFERS ALONG THE NORTH AND SOUTH
 SIDE IF THE BUILDING.

 FOR THE PROJECT IS REQUIRED. PLEASE COMPLETE THE ART IN
 PUBLIC PLACES FORM AVAILABLE IN CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
 OR BY CONTACTING ME.
  
 9. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CONDITIONS OF ORDINANCE NO.
 3394-01, APPROVING THE COSTCO COMMERCIAL PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT REQUIRED A CONSTRAINED ROADWAYS AT A LOWER
 LEVEL OF SERVICE (CRALLS) FOR 45TH AND I-95 TO BE
 ADOPTED PRIOR TO PHASE II BEING CONSTRUCTED. STAFF HAS
 RESOLVED THIS ISSUE AND A LETTER WILL BE INCLUDED IN
 THE FILE FOR DOCUMENTATION.
