 UNDER THIS PROJECT. THERE ARE CURRENTLY 4 CODE CASES
 GOING ANGAINST THIS PROPERTY. SOFT HOLDS FLAG THIS
 PREOPERTY, THE PHOTOGRAPHS FROM THE SITE VISIT FROM THE
 CODE, FIRE AND BUILDING INSPECTORS SHOW VARIOUS
 VIOLATIONS FOR THE INTERIOR AS WELL AS ON THE EXTERIOR
 OF THE PROPERTY.
  
 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION, 107.2.1. CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE
 THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED
 AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHALL
 CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE,
 AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS
 ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES.
 INSUFFIENT INFORMATION PROVIDED FOR A MINIMUM PLAN
 REVIEW CRITERIA FOR BUILDINGS:

 EXST. BLDG. CODE101.4.2 BUILDINGS PREVIOUSLY OCCUPIED.
 THE LEGAL OCCUPANCY OF ANY BUILDING EXISTING ON THE
 DATE OF ADOPTION OF THIS CODE SHALL BE PERMITTED TO
 CONTINUE WITHOUT CHANGE, EXCEPT AS IS SPECIFICALLY
 COVERED IN THIS CODE, THE FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE,
 OR AS IS DEEMED NECESSARY BY THE CODE OFFICIAL FOR THE
 GENERAL SAFETY AND WELFARE OF THE OCCUPANTS AND THE
 PUBLIC.
  
 EXST. BLDG. CODE 101.5 COMPLIANCE METHODS. THE REPAIR,
 ALTERATION, CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY, ADDITION OR RELOCATION
 OF ALL EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY WITH ONE OF THE
 METHODS LISTED IN SECTIONS 101.5.1 THROUGH 101.5.3 AS
 SELECTED BY THE APPLICANT.

 CODE COMPLIANT, AND WORK COMPLETED WITH OUT A PERMIT,

 BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, AND

 FEE FOR EACH PERMIT SHALL BE PAID AS REQUIRED, IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHEDULE ESTABLISHED BY THE
 APPLICABLE GOVERNING AUTHORITY.
  
 108.3* BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION.
 IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE
 CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
 APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFRENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.

 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
