 ORDINANCES SECTION 94-482. PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A
 FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR
 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA SHALL BE LANDSCAPED
 WITH LIVING PLANT MATERIAL (SUCH AS GRASS, GROUND
 COVER, SHRUBS, HEDGES, VINES OR TREES).
  
 THE PROPERTY ACCESS DRIVES EXCEEDS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER
 AND WIDTH ALLOWED FOR RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES. PER CODE
 OF ORDINANCES SECTION 94-313, CORNER LOTS MAY INSTALL
 ACCESS POINTS EITHER: 1) A SINGLE DRIVEWAY WITH A WIDTH
 OF NO GREATER THAN 20 FEET AT THE PROPERTY LINE OR
 WHERE THE DRIVEWAY ADJOINS THE APRON IF THE APRON IS
 NOT LOCATED WHOLLY WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OR 2) A
 CIRCULAR DRIVEWAY PROVIDED THAT EACH DRIVEWAY OPENING
 SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN FEET IN WIDTH AT THE PROPERTY LINE
 OR WHERE THE DRIVEWAY OPENING ADJOINS THE APRON IF THE
 APRON IS NOT LOCATED WHOLLY WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
